Its so easy to say things, isn't it?
"I know everything about computers". The reason that statement is untrue is because every concept that I am aware of, I do know the process for it. But, there are many things I am unaware of, and thus can't know about it, or know what to look up to research it. In other words, you don't know about the things you don't know.
A common example of this mistake is people saying "I think, therefore I am". You may think you are conscious, but you think of consciousness as what you currently experience, whereas there may be a stronger level of understanding and consciousness than you have ever experienced. No, that is not a metaphor for religion or spirituality crap. You can't think as well as you will be able to once you reach 15, 17, 20, or 30... after that you start to get dumber again.
The same applies to you. You may think you know how someone acts, feels, or will react, and while you may be right in certain cases, it remains untrue.
The operations co-ordinator called on the Department for Education to make sex and relationships education compulsory in schools, with lessons tailored to the age of the pupils.
She said parents should also try to talk about the issue more openly with their children.
Miss Elvines said: “Whenever we talk to kids, they say their parents do not know what they look at.
“At the moment, children think that what they are watching is what adults do when they have sex, but they need to understand it is not.”
The reasoning behind this reiterates my point.
IF I did something like this, and the whole world knew, I would probably end up killing my self out of shame.
How do you even sit down at the dining table or look your parents/sister/neighbours in the eye in the future

First, kids don't exactly have morals or empathy...
He's not 6 and empathy is something learned. By 13 a person should have empathy and understand that rape is a terrible thing.

Yup, empathy is an innate human trait.

Listen dude.
I'm not that arrogant to think think that I understand fully about the intellectual behaviour of the brain.
But it is common sense. Common bloody sense, that if someone is being hurt, or is in a sexual act which they did not permit, then the other person should just stop.
I'm sticking by my previous statement that the kid is ignorant. No, not ignorant. But he should've known. Therefore, he should have used his brain. Also, normal people do NOT, I repeat DO NOT get so easily infulenced by watching porn, that they'd try it out on someone close by. Even if it's a first time watching porn. Or being first time educated.
I'm fifteen, big whoop right? Like I can tell off someone that's two years younger then myself. The hell with me huh? Hell yeah I can verbally abuse people if he/she is wrong, that's just how 'I' am. I can even swear and curse at 13 year olds that rape their own sister. His EIGHT year old sister, unless we forget?
Tl;dr? Not my problem at all.
he chose his sister to avoid getting in trouble. he knew it was bad because he thought he would get in trouble. get it?
he knew what he was doing
Children don't exactly have a great sense of perspective. I'm not denying that he knew it was wrong, but I really, really doubt that he knew how wrong it was.
You'd know that if you'd properly read my post.
Children know they shouldn't hit people, or shoplift, or lie, or steal shit from the cookie jar. Do they have a proper sense of whether or not shoplifting is worse that taking a cookie from the cookie jar? Probably not.
When you take that to something like rape, which is incredibly serious, I have a hard time imagining that he understood how serious it actually was.
Being a rapist at any age requires serious mental issues.
I'm not sure where this idea comes from. Rape was a regular occurrence in the ancient world when one knew they wouldn't be caught, during war, for example. Regular, rational people raped and pillaged whenever they had the chance to get away with it.
The idea that all rape is always bad is the exception, not the rule when applied to all of known human history.
I was exposed to porn at 10 and I never raped anyone, but I had some pretty decent parents who taught me about sex and all the other stuff pretty early as well. Still, something is wrong with the kid, exposure to porn doesn't make you instantly want to incest.
It was easy for them to rationalize raping since they dehumanize outgroups, which is completely different to raping your own sister.
Do you have any evidence of that claim? Rape of conquered nations seems much more consistent throughout human history then any sort of strong dehumanizing of other nations. Many of these raped people might have been the country next door with the same or similar culture as your own.
