He should not be getting in any trouble at all, those people deserved to be beat the fuck up.
He should not be getting in any trouble at all, those people deserved to be beat the fuck up.
you know, he could've simply pulled one of those slicing knives up and fucked them for life. I'd say that beat down was just the tip of the ice berg of the many ways they could've gotten beat up.
Welcome to McDonald's, what may I serve you?
JUSTICE

you know, he could've simply pulled one of those slicing knives up and fucked them for life. I'd say that beat down was just the tip of the ice berg of the many ways they could've gotten beat up.
Which makes him even more respectable for having used a blunt weapon and not one of the many knives he had around.
Honestly, I feel like they had it coming. I've been inside a fast food joint, behind the counter, the workers know where all the VERY sharp knives are, all the boiling hot areas are, and all the other weapons are. Do. Not. Fuck. With. Them. I want to see someone rob a fast food joint and get a frying hot batch of fries in their face. Sounds sadistic, but when you rob a place, please think of what the hell they could potentially do to you with whats there!!!
yeah man they basically have a whole arsenal of stuff to use, and I'm sure a metal rod is probably one of the lightest.
Daaaaayum. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] more importantly.
Blonde bitch is super annoying.
It's not a tough concept Don't fuck with the people who make your food
Holy fucking shit, this. I never understood why we see so many videos about fast food employees being harassed on the job. Is it because sadists out there feel great about picking on someone "lower on the totem pole" than they are? Order a hamburger and fuck off already.
As a KFC employee I approve of this 'beating the shit out of customers' concept.
That was way fucking more than self-defense He hit the person when they were down MULTIPLE TIMES, how is that "just" [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
I'm betting If the genders were reversed, the defender wouldn't be charged with those felonies.
your posts in this thread are the worst I've seen
Yeah, I think it was fine until he started laying into them when they were on the ground, then he's being just as bad as them.
Yeah, I think it was fine until he started laying into them when they were on the ground, then he's being just as bad as them.
That's being worse, they didn't have a weapon. He did.
Yeah, I think it was fine until he started laying into them when they were on the ground, then he's being just as bad as them.
Keep in mind he probably had to deal with fucking annoying people like that daily for a few years. This probably was just two more customers who crossed a tight line by jumping above the counter and trespassing, if anything I understand him for flipping out, he's taking a lot of shit daily as all fast food vendors employees do. Also, the two chicks tried to get up and seeing how much of bitches they were a few minutes earlier, chances are they kept fucking with him once he put them down. As much as a mistake it was to keep on hitting them, it's still understandable. And if he didn't do that they would have probably ran away and got away with no charges while he would've taken all the shit. By the end of the day, he guaranteed justice to be served.
That was way fucking more than self-defense He hit the person when they were down MULTIPLE TIMES, how is that "just" [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] your posts in this thread are the worst I've seen
You know who doesn't get a knife in the back or a gun shot to the back of the head? The guy who beats his assailants into unconsciousness or at least until they comply and stay the fuck down, which they did not. It's basic-self defense. -Two intoxicated women begin to shout obscenities ("Do something! Do something!" "Pussy!") and then decides to slap the cashier, committing battery. At this point, they've demonstrated they're violent, aggressive and of provocative nature. -They then hopped the counter from different areas and gang up on him, he then beats each of them with a metal rod. -He shouts at them to stay down. Taking into account of their violent and drunk nature, If they were concealed with any sort of weaponry, this would be time they'd use it. -They refuse and try to get back up and get beaten again. The aim here is to stop the threat, not to harm them. He's beating them to immobilize or until they can no longer pose a threat, repeatedly trying to get up indicates they're: 1. Non-compliant 2. Still poses a threat. And again taking their violent nature into account, this justifies his attempts to keep them down, completely. My life is more important than theirs, and if they attempt to threaten it with something so trivial as questioning a $50 bill, don't be surprised to get your ass beat while defending mine.

And the guy kept beating. WITH A WEAPON. Something the other person showed no indication of having. This is cut and dry assault.
STAAAAAAAAAAP STAAAP STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP No shut the fuck up for gods sake
You know who doesn't get a knife in the back or a gun shot to the back of the head? The guy who beats his assailants into unconsciousness or at least until they comply and stay the fuck down, which they did not. It's basic-self defense.
I don't like it, but I agree with this line of logic. You beat the attacker until you can restrain them, or until they physically can't be of any danger to you anymore. Silly little 'fights' get carried away and end up with someone getting a knife in the gut all of the time. If someone physically assaults you for no reason at all they've already proved themselves to be aggressive and it's probably not a stretch of the imagination to assume that they've got some other serious personality or anger problems. You hit them until you can bind their hands or until you're safe otherwise. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
Starpluck, the person WAS down. And the guy kept beating. WITH A WEAPON. Something the other person showed no indication of having. This is cut and dry assault.
How do you know they weren't trying to get up or kick him? Can you see through the counter? I sure as hell can't.
Something the other person showed no indication of having.
Why take a chance? Is he wrong to assume they might've been concealing one? Considering they were the attackers and he used non-lethal weaponry, not at all.
Also, if someone with a metal rod beats you to the ground and tells you to stay down, you just don't get up.
Starpluck, the person WAS down. And the guy kept beating. WITH A WEAPON. Something the other person showed no indication of having. This is cut and dry assault.
No it's a messy and not very ideal self defence. I agree the guy stepped over the line when he hit them in the head repeatedly when really there were five employees who could have held the two aggressors, however the other options would be him punching them or knocking them down in some other way, then somehow keeping them down without getting himself injured.
Why take a chance? Is he wrong to assume they might've been concealing one? Considering they were the attackers, not at all.
That's the justification cops use to shoot unarmed black men.
Hitting someone when they are down is pretty much the most cowardly and despicable thing you can do in a fight. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS A FUCKING IRON ROD, THEY COULD HAVE BEEN FATALLY WOUNDED. Both those punks and the employee deserve to go to jail. :colbert:
That's the justification cops use to shoot unarmed black men.
Oh, for the love of god. This has NOTHING at all to do with fucking race. If a white guy started hitting me and jumped over a counter and advanced on me menacingly I'd put him on the fucking floor in a second and hit him until he stopped. If a black guy did the same thing, I'd respond the same way. Why the fuck do people always turn these kinds of situations into racial discrimination cases? The person was abusive, and aggressive! Black, white, yellow, red, fucking blue or green, I don't give a shit - if somebody attacks you for no reason at all you damn well have the right to defend yourself.
Oh, for the love of god. This has NOTHING at all to do with fucking race.
I never said THIS case had anything to do with race, calm down there skippy [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
The person was abusive, and aggressive! But nice try.
Zeke whiteknighting, again.
That was way fucking more than self-defense He hit the person when they were down MULTIPLE TIMES, how is that "just"
She wasn't staying down. These scumbags deserved it. How would they like to work minimum wage, be insulted assaulted, intimidated by customers? They were violent even when they weren't in that situation, imagine what they would be like if they were. Vat full of boiling oil to the face. This guy went lightly on them. He found the nearest blunt thing he could use as a weapon instead of chip pans, knifes, etc etc.
Zeke whiteknighting, again.
whiteknighting for the unarmed person beat with a metal rod yes [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
She wasn't staying down. These scumbags deserved it. How would they like to work minimum wage, be insulted assaulted, intimidated by customers?
The staff's job is irrelevant to the assault
They tried to get up while he told them to stay down Hitting them so they stay on the ground is justified especially if the two women prove themselves hostiles and willing to hurt the guy in the first place If you don't like it, deal with it, everyone would react that way in such a situation, if you say you would keep your calm in such a case, you are either a liar or never faced a situation of two angry people running towards you with their fists clutched.
whiteknighting for the unarmed person beat with a metal rod yes [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] The staff's job is irrelevant to the assault
Ok, so what would you do if a (potentially armed) violent customer slaps you, jumps over the counter and tries to follow you, and then slaps you again?
The staff's job is irrelevant to the assault
oh yes it is. Believe me you have much more reasons to flip the fuck out when assholes like that piss you off daily than when you are a high ranked ultra-rich business man. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
Ok, so what would you do if a (potentially armed) violent customer slaps you, jumps over the counter and tries to follow you, and then slaps you again?
He would gently ask them to stop and try to push them until they stop
Ok, so what would you do if a (potentially armed) violent customer slaps you, jumps over the counter and tries to follow you, and then slaps you again?
Stop them by whatever means I had at the time, and then stop myself because not doing so makes me as bad as the person who attacked me. Being slapped doesn't justify a brutal beating with a metal rod though. That was not reasonable force and what followed was no longer self defense.
