"Keep hitting them! For god sake keep beating the shit out of them!"
Oh god oh man why am I laughing so hard You know that blonde bitch probably felt like a hero for screaming at the top of her greasy lungs.
I don't think this video shows what happened clearly enough to make the claim that he did this in self defense with any certainty. There is no way of knowing why he repeatedly beat them on the ground. He could have been doing it with no good reason. And look here. He's quite far away as he jumps the counter. He could have gotten behind a door instead of grabbing a weapon. It's not clear that he knows they jumped as he leaves. He could have been getting a weapon to use over some insults and a slap. This needs to be sorted out in court with a better picture of the events.
He would gently ask them to stop and try to push them until they stop
Remember kids, personal attacks lend credibility to your arguments so you should use them often.
Hmm... I wonder what being hit by a metal rod feels like.... Also that white woman really needs to shut up.
Hmm... I wonder what being hit by a metal rod feels like.... Also that white woman really needs to shut up.
It hurts?
Yeah, I think it was fine until he started laying into them when they were on the ground, then he's being just a bad ass.

Yeah, I think it was fine until he started laying into them when they were on the ground, then he's being just a bad ass.

haha yeah beating a helpless woman is so HARDCORE epic win
That's the justification cops use to shoot unarmed black men.
Yeah except he wasn't using a gun. It was a non-lethal weapon meant to temporarily subdue the two drunk and violent/aggressive women, not to kill them. Similar to an officer's baton.
Stop them by whatever means I had at the time, and then stop myself because not doing so makes me as bad as the person who attacked me. Being slapped doesn't justify a brutal beating with a metal rod though. That was not reasonable force and what followed was no longer self defense.
Having angry customers (Who are attacking you) in an area covered in weapons. Yes, let's not make sure they stay on the ground so as they can get up, stab you, burn you with oil, hit you over the head with a pan, stick it up your ass and watch you whack off. No, I think you'd make sure they stayed on the ground until the police arrived. One's the back door - for people to go out and smoke or whatever. The other is the staff toilets. Another is a store. I think that's about it.
The first few hits to take them down I think were fine, but then after that it was rather excessive.
That was fucking funny as shit. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
Starpluck, the person WAS down. And the guy kept beating. WITH A WEAPON. Something the other person showed no indication of having. This is cut and dry assault.
Now what you did not see, was behind the counter they probably fucking kicked him and tried to trip him. I'm on the side of the employee, clearly self defense.
Yeah except he wasn't using a gun. It was a non-lethal weapon meant to temporarily subdue them, not to kill them. Just like an officer's baton.
You can kill someone with a blunt object, especially if you keep beating them when they're down. Also, officer's batons aren't held like baseball bats as this object was. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
Now what you did not see, was behind the counter they probably fucking kicked him and tried to trip him. As usual the justice system fails to do it's job the bitch should have got charged with breach of the peace or unprovoked assault or something instead of just the worker getting charged, and the bitch with the fog horn should have got slapped.
The person went down. He stopped. Okay, fine. He started beating again. Not self defense anymore. Another staff member grabbed his arm to make him stop, he ignored this and started beating once more. Now it's clearly assault.
"This guy hasn't had police officer training, it must be assault and not self defence!!!!"
Did you even watch the whole video It's pretty obvious when people are grabbing your arm and yelling Stop, it's TIME TO FUCKING STOP [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] Judging by who posted this and the one-sidedness of the OP you'd almost think this video involved Iran in some way heh

[editline]15th October 2011[/editline] "Probably" "Clearly" heh nice post mate
What's to say that he wasn't hitting them in vulnerable parts of the body? Whacking a drunkard in the arm and legs with a metal rod isn't even close to lethal. How do you know he was targeting the head and chest with the rod when he beat them while they were down?
Did you even watch the whole video It's pretty obvious when people are grabbing your arm and yelling Stop, it's TIME TO FUCKING STOP [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] Judging by who posted this and the one-sidedness of the OP you'd almost think this video involved Iran in some way heh
No, they fucking jumped the counter with intent to fight and they got served. What do you expect? He obviously wanted them to fucking stay down and that means you dont get up otherwise youre considered a threat. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] "Probably" "Clearly" heh nice post mate
Comprehension skills 0, it was CLEARLY fucking self defense they jumped the counter with intent to hurt the employee, then you some how fucking mangle my first sentence with my second sentence for no apparent reason other then to make yourself look like a fucking idiot. Note how I said probably in a completely different fucking line?
No, they fucking jumped the counter with intent to fight and they got served. What do you expect? He obviously wanted them to fucking stay down and that means you dont get up otherwise youre considered a threat.
Hm, let's look at the things the OP left out: - the women were charged - the man with the rod had shot someone to death in the past - one woman had a broken skull and arm, the other had a deep laceration, whereas the guy had a sore face
Did you even watch the whole video It's pretty obvious when people are grabbing your arm and yelling Stop, it's TIME TO FUCKING STOP
People get wound up over nothing. It was in the best interests of all of the employees for them to make sure the attackers stayed down until the police arrived. There is so many potential weapons in a mcdonalds kitchen, that it could have been fatal to several employees. It's their fault. If they didn't want to have the living shit beaten out of them, they should have stopped at the swearing, and just left.
What's to say that he wasn't hitting them in vulnerable parts of the body? Whacking a drunkard in the arm and legs with a metal rod isn't even close to lethal. How do you know he was targeting the head and chest with the rod when he beat them while they were down?
even if he was targeting the arms and legs, why would it be justifiable?
What's to say that he wasn't hitting them in vulnerable parts of the body? Whacking a drunkard in the arm and legs with a metal rod isn't even close to lethal. How do you know he was targeting the head and chest with the rod when he beat them while they were down?
Because one woman had a broken skull and needed surgery. I read the article, that's how I know he wasn't hitting non-lethal areas.
even if he was targeting the arms and legs, why would it be justifiable?
Because they were a threat to all staff members the moment they crossed the counter?
Hm, let's look at the things the OP left out: - the women were charged - the man with the rod had shot someone to death in the past - one woman had a broken skull and arm, the other had a deep laceration, whereas the guy had a sore face
Then that is the customers fucking fault for crossing the line and charging over the counter. How does my sentence have anything to do OP as I never denied any of those. Seriously what do you fucking expect, charging over the counters a business with intent to hurt is going to get you fucking hurt. Common fucking sense. heh nice post mate.

Common fucking sense.
Yeah hopping the counter and slapping someone is EXACTLY THE SAME as beating someone to the point of fracturing their skull. Totally reasonable!
If you cross beyond military fences you risk getting shot, maybe not the perfect analogy but the area beyond the counter is employees only and the women crossed it without any kind of authorization and with intent to attack, they were crossing "private" property and in the U.S.A., trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again, he didn't have a gun so he went for the good ol' beating.
Yeah hopping the counter and slapping someone is EXACTLY THE SAME as beating someone to the point of fracturing their skull. Totally reasonable!
They jumped the counter with intent to hurt and I believe I did see them strike one of the employees, They did it fucking aggressively too, if I was in that situation I'd feel a high risk of getting attacked. Its their own fault for being arrogant reckless members of society.
Because they were a threat to all staff members the moment they crossed the counter?
but surely they stopped being a threat to all staff members after he had knocked them down? defending yourself up to that point is kinda justifiable but if they made no attempt to fight back, which it doesn't look like they did, there's no reason to keep attacking them
they were crossing "private" property and in the U.S.A., trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again, he didn't have a gun so he went for the good ol' beating.
you really don't understand how american law works [editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
They jumped the counter with intent to hurt and I believe I did see them strike one of the employees. Its their own fault for being arrogant reckless members of society.
Damn right they were reckless. That's why they were charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

They were trying to get up. Keeping them down until the police arrive is what is required when there is so much dangerous stuff near an angry, violent person.
