heh nice post mate
Alright then let me make some clear statements instead of assumptions :
You are an idiot and this guy was in his rights to beat out the two chicks.
you really don't understand how american law works
[editline]15th October 2011[/editline]
Damn right they were reckless. That's why they were charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.
Exactly, and they would not have been charged as they would have ran away after breaking shit and beating down a employee.
Just because they're women doesent give them the right to randomly jump the counters of a innocent restaurant without repercussions.
but surely they stopped being a threat to all staff members after he had knocked them down? defending yourself up to that point is kinda justifiable but if they made no attempt to fight back, which it doesn't look like they did, there's no reason to keep hitting them
Maybe he's one of those people that likes to get the job completely done instead of leaving it half-finished on the floor

Are you ever going to use anything other than "I'm right because I'm right" in your posts?
I'm remembering the airline thread where it was just an unending stream of ignorance
Are you ever going to use anything other than "I'm right because I'm right" in your posts?
What does this have to do with the topic, stop derailing.
Exactly, and they would not have been charged as they would have ran away after breaking shit and beating down a employee.

Stop making assumptions
There's only so much two people can do to an entire kitchen-full of people
What does this have to do with the topic, stop derailing.
I'm calling him out on using a logical fallacy. It's not derailing, stop being dumb.
Are you ever going to use anything other than "I'm right because I'm right" in your posts?
Nice double standard there.
Stop making assumptions
Okay, so you're implying the two women would have just been like "Sorry bro, Ill leave now instead of attacking this employee I started harassing". Explain what you think would have happened.

No... you stop being dumb.
Slightly confused. The female customers jumped the counter with a metal rod?
McDonald's Worker serves justice and beats the shit out of irate customers that slaps, then jumps the counter with a metal rod.

Nice double standard there.
Show me where I explicitly said "you're wrong, I'm right, that's how it is." (Paraphrased)
Slightly confused. The female customers jumped the counter with a metal rod?
No, they jumped the counter then were beaten with a metal rod by the cashier they slapped.
Slightly confused. The female customers jumped the counter with a metal rod?
Naw, the female customers jumped the counter and started attacking employees so some other employee decided enough was enough.
Okay, so you're implying the two women would have just been like "Sorry bro, Ill leave now instead of attacking this employee I started harassing". Explain what you think would have happened.
I'm saying that they would easily have been subdued because of how many staff members there were so they were not much of a threat.
No... you stop being dumb.
My dad could beat up your dad!!!!
My dad could beat up your dad!!!!
I'm sorry
what

Going back to the previous argument I can complete now with your post... You're clearly implying I'm wrong you're right with the below quoted text provided by yourself.
Show me where I explicitly said "you're wrong, I'm right, that's how it is." (Paraphrased)
And there you have it folks!
Here's a CNN article that does a better job.
[release]The two women suffered lacerations to their head and face and were taken to a hospital, police said. CNN affiliates said one had a fractured skull and a broken arm; the other had a deep laceration[/release]
He was going for the head for both women.
Man it would have been so satisfying to finally hit an annoying customer
Going back to the previous argument I can complete now with your post... You're clearly implying I'm wrong you're right with the below quoted text provided by yourself.
Are you going to now deny that there were more staff members than women? Seems like a cut and dry fact to me.
Here's a CNN article that does a better job.

They also went for the head, they could have had sharp nails or a concealed knife therefor giving them a chance to cut his eyes and give him permanent blindness.

And that same article says:
[release]
The cashier would pause and begin again every time the women tried to get up.[/release]
Are you going to now deny that there were more staff members than women? Seems like a cut and dry fact to me.
No you idiot, you asked how you said "I'm right, you're wrong" and I gave it to you.
Stop trying act like they were victimized, helpless women who were attacked by some savage. They brought those injuries upon themselves, the fact they suffered injuries does not extenuate their actions.
They also went for the head, they could have had sharp nails or a concealed knife therefor giving them a chance to cut his eyes and give him permanent blindness.
Haha "could have had sharp nails or a concealed knife".
1) There was no time for the guy to analyze the sharpness of the women's nails so it shouldn't have been a factor
2) The first beating was fine, but once they were on the ground going for any "concealed knife" is extremely difficult and he should NOT have continued

Stop feeling sorry for the clerk then.

1) Exactly, you said it yourself. It was a obvious risk and he acted in response of what could have happened. If someone was coming over the counters of a business I'd assume they had some sort of offensive weapon as they'd surely get their arses kicked outnumbered.
2) read post #112
Stop feeling sorry for the clerk then.
Stop telling us who we should or shouldn't feel sympathy for.
Neither of the two parties are in the right here but what the cashier did is just plain barbaric.
Stop telling us who we should or shouldn't feel sympathy for.
Exactly Zeke, stop trying to impose your opinions on us.
Stop telling us who we should or shouldn't feel sympathy for.
Was I talking to you? No.
*grabs popcorn*
