They've done that since WWII if I'm not mistaken. Crack open a dead guys skull, scoop out contents, wedge grenade in said opening, remove pin, replace helmet. Medic comes along to retrieve the body, helmet eventually comes off, grenade falls out and kills whatever is there.
Well I've heard about booby-trapping the body by placing a grenade under it, so that when the body is moved, it pulls the pin and detonates.
The difference in this case being, they use children, men, women, and any animals. I think in WWII it was mainly fallen soldiers.
Us floridians don't deny it, the funniest shit makes news over here.
Shit yeah bro. :respek:
I bet their chief commander was fur-ious
God damn, so proud to be a Floridian right now.
I want pics of bomb squad operatives with kittens
Probably would have looked something like this:

TF2 sniper:
"Boom, headshot!"
Aww, that's so sweet.
Counter-Strike for kids' C4.
People are too paranoid nowadays.
One time I saw an abandoned bag at an airport. Instead of calling security I went and checked if there was any valuables in it.
ingenious idea, put a bomb in a suitcase surrounded by kittens.
This happened in Florida?
Maybe it was Raisin?
I was just thinking that. I don't think the picture in the article is actually of the kittens, too. The article said only two were in the box, and the picture obviously has three. That, and it's from Getty Images, so it's probably just a stock image.
So, the article was first published on October 22, but it doesn't mention when the event actually took place.
I sort of get the idea of being one step ahead of the terrorists but it begins getting a little bit ridiculous.
Also sad when normal people have so little to do in their lives that they need to call everything a bomb in order to have just some kind of action going on.
D'awww :3:
Tell me about it. I was on a school trip to London in March, and while we were taking an underground train, one of the girls from my class noticed a schoolbag with no apparent owner on board. Everybody then started freaking out, including our teacher and we had to get off and board the next train instead. And what a surprise, no train was blown up that day.
I understand that the teacher should probably take those kinds of safety measures anyway, but holy fuck, people are way too paranoid.
While in France i was waiting for my train back to England when we were told to get out of the station. The the mounted police turned up for some reason (French logic at it's best) and so did the armed police and a bomb squad. As the doors were glass i could see what was going on by standing on a bench.
The squad takes a few minuites to check it and after determining that there was no metal they opened it and i kid you not, crossiants fall out the luggage. Some french prankster obviously had quite the laugh that day.
This i slightly understand, being a Governmental office and all but it seems rather OTT.
D'awwwwww! :3:
That's sweet! :3:

A cuteness bomb... very slick :v:
[editline]25th October 2010[/editline]
My head would definitely explode with rainbows coming out of my ears :3:
Wow, the bomb squad was being a bunch of pussies.
This reminds me of that one conversation in Batman Arkham Asylum, when Oracle says to Batman, "They located the bomb, it was a box full of kittens and marzipan." :v:
it would be different if furries were in that box.
by all means, just blow it up

Yep. Terrorists won their war. They now manipulate the public with fear.
Box of Kittens = Bomb
wouldn't it be some kind of good idea to get some kind of portable x-ray device to avoid blowing up kittens?

If backscatter x-ray machines didn't cost so much :smith:
