Gay stereotype, pitched voice, usually a hairdresser or something, etc. Basically whatever most people think of when they hear "gay guy"
I hear "gay guy" and think Neil Patrick Harris.
Trust me, there's way more than that, you don't have to be flamboyant to be gay.
Let me paint you a pretty picture, you've probably seen your fair share of skinheads, I used to be one(a SHARP skinhead, grew my hair out again cause fucking hell it gets cold in the winter :v: ), wore, and still wear leather boots and army jackets, the people I hung around with, if we went on the subway we'd get an entire part of the train for ourselves, and drunken chavs that usually try to pick a fight with anyone steered way clear of us even when we were on our own. I'd say around 15% or so of all the skinheads I've known were either bi or gay, and most of those were two meter high fuckers that went to the gym when they weren't working or out drinking, there's gay people everywhere, these flamboyant fuckers have nothing on normal gay people, they're attention whores, and I'm tired of being put in the same booth as them.
I wouldn't say that they are attention whores, I would say that they simply do not conform to the indoctrinated images of the 'man' which have been imprinted in to your brain. Because they do not fit in to this constantly-changing category of manliness they obviously get attention because people see them as freaks and outcasts. It's like blaming a three armed man for being oggled on the street, however neither the three armed man or the gender-breaking homosexual can control these and I beg to differ that they can.
not if it's a MTF who is a lesbian or a FTM who is gay :eng101:
Why the fuck did they get sex changes then? :frown:
What is your idea of "flamboyant?"
All of the gays on little Brittan except the main character
Why the fuck did they get sex changes then? :frown:
Gender ≠ Orientation

I love them too but the accent just gets on my nerves

This is the main thing why I hate them, If I meet one on mondays I probably have a hangover, and that voice just pierces my brain.

I really don't understand how there is hate inside the LGBT-community itself between each other seeing as we already get enough hate. You being gay should know about hate and understand that people are people and they are how they are. Let them be them and do you. So what if they are "girlier" and don't meet up with the manly standard, and so what if they have high pitched voices, and if they like fashion, and don't dress as manly as you. You shouldn't hate. Simple enough.

I get this but I never say anything. I wouldn't want to seem offensive since they obviously don't choose to talk in such an annoying tone....
Okhaaaayhhh gauuuuiiise?

I dont hate, hate them. I just find them annoying, just like I would find any woman acting the same annoying.
Gender ≠ Orientation
yeah. what gender you identify as exists wholly separate from what sex you are attracted to. i mean a dude can have sex with another dude without having a sex change, so that's clearly not a motivation. sometimes a dude's just a lesbian trapped in a man's body or whatever
You never fail to amaze me. Heterosexuals are not the oppressed, they are the oppressors. You may as well make the argument that there needs to be a White Entertainment Television channel, while you're at it.
You know, your position should be easy to defend so i see no reason why you instead resort to talking like a jackass.

What?
By the same logic, is being straight a choice?
Because I don't recall, at any point, just going, "Hey! I'm going to like girls now."
I don't recall at any point going "Hey I'll do <Insert subconscious choice here> now". See what I'm getting at?
You subconsciously choose what you are and aren't attracted to, which in turn defines your sexuality.

You can't really decide that do you fall in love with a boy or a girl, no matter what gender you are.
Same thing with sexual feelings and passion, you cannot decide it but I don't think that subconscious is the right term for it. Romantic and sexual relationship are different things. Let's not think of the gender or the sexuality, let's think of the person. Some bisexuals are sometimes attracted to boys in more sexual way and to girls in more romantic way and vice versa. Sometimes it doesn't depend on gender in the case of bisexuals. It really depends on person and the current life situation.
Sexuality is a very fluid thing. Trying to pin down exactly what is is and what causes it is incredibly stupid and pointless.
Hey hey, who says you can't enjoy it and still not be gay? considering heterosexuals enjoy anal just as much as homosexuals :q:
yes straight anal sex and gay anal sex are the same good job broseph

Read what I just wrote and analyze
You'll see in about 30 seconds...

If it's subconscious, you can hardly call it a choice, although it can be influenced, just like any other part of your personality.

"I'm going to just ignore my attraction to men because some people find it kind of icky"
"I'm going to just ignore my attraction to men because some people find it kind of icky"
Unfortunately that does happen, if you replace "find it kind of icky" with "might kick the shit out of me".
Unfortunately that does happen, if you replace "find it kind of icky" with "might kick the shit out of me".
It doesn't matter what the situation is, really. To think that homosexuality and sexuality in general cannot be influenced in any way, which seems to be what Zeke thinks, is idiotic. It's just as much dependent on social factors as anything else.
Holy shit, traditional family values promotes traditional(straight) marriage over unconventional gay marriage, stop the presses!
Hey, you're the one who was wondering how it would harm homosexuals, and said that "at worst it will promote heterosexual marriage over homosexual marriage". Well, what do you know, it will take the 'at worst' position by definition.
And? If Texas was the same political landscape as America the Republicans would have had a decades long strangle hold on power like in the South and Southwest
So 'traditional family values' and the Republican decisions on issues are different in Texas?
Because I'm pretty sure they aren't. You even agree that the 'traditional family values' are the same down there (at least how it's related to this discussion). Which was my point. They're obviously going to be the same 'traditional values' as the ones described by the same goddamn party in the same goddamn country.
It is wrong because humans are unable to reproduce homosexually, and the main evolutionary reason to have sex is to reproduce as we can not reproduce a-sexually, with only Humans and Dolphins developing a connection between sex and pleasure with homosexuality always being a abnormal trait even to this day as shown by it being a minority among even developed countries to recognize homosexual marriage due to the fact no child has ever been produced by homosexuals with Marriage being a legal institution for having children and not fucking for the sake of fucking
So it's immoral to have sex if there's no chance of babies?
And it's wrong because it's abnormal and a minority?
And people don't marry because they love each other, but only because they want to have babies? And there are no legal benefits to marriage that have nothing to do with children?
And there's no such thing as adoption?
Should infertile people be disallowed from marrying? Should couples not planning on having any babies be disallowed from marrying? They won't make babies, after all.
If it's just for making babies, why is polygamy illegal? One guy and a bunch of women would make roughly the same amount of babies as the same amount of women and the same amount of guys.

You subconsciously choose.
As in... you don't.
What exactly are "traditional family values"?
Compulsory KKK memberships, intermarrying, all-white facilities, opposition to interracial marriages, treatment of women as property, and, of course, homophobia.

You need to take some reading classes bud

Or you could make an actual post instead of some childish bullshit wrapped in sarcastic quotes. That would make everything a bit easier.

guys come on you believe in practically the same thing

If your IQ is higher than mine, its not very much more and it probably doesn't reach double digits.
