EXACTLY, you aren't the game's target audience just like how you currently are not "Hungry Hungry Caterpillar"'s target audience. Both MW2 and HHC and good for their audience
Then where are the games for my audience huh Where
Then where are the games for my audience huh Where
Whats your audience
Not really, I mean it was alright, just because you thought it was terrible doesn't mean everyone else will
If you played BC2 you'd realize how terrible it was. It was tacky and shitty. Even then don't force your opinion on me, alright? If I wanna say it sucked I can say it sucked.
Good story, memorable music, nice atmosphere, solid gameplay, decent graphics and animations IMPOSSIBLE I ASK TOO MUCH OF GAME DEVS
You'd be surprised how hard that is Half Life...
It's going to sell great, unfortunately. It's just like MW2 with it's 'No Russian' controversy - not as overblown, obviously, but it will still result in a massive swathe of purchases just for curiosity's sake alone. Sadly, there will be many many more mediocre Medal of Honor's to come. Let us all pray.
Where are our good old WW2 shooters now? Call of Duty went MW, Battlefield went MW and I doubt they'll make a WW2 game in a long long time if ever, and then MoH was dead for about 5 years untill they finally came back with a MW game.
Red Orchestra has been and will probably always be the end all be all of WW2 shooters.
Someone should make a Just Cause 2 type of game but make it in WW2 and you're a French Resistance Fighter. Or a WW1 game...
As silly as the whole premise was, World in Conflict did a great job on the whole Cold War issue I think.
Yeah, although the idea of hiding an entire army in unmarked shipping containers was a neat idea. It was like Red Alert 2, without all the goofy fucking shit. And for those who don't have a proper history lesson. Most of the German Soldiers were fighting for their nation, not for their leader or had no knowledge of it. I'm talking the Heer and Luftwafee. The SS...different story.
Oh dear, Mega games failed, we know they made moh games on the ps1 (very fucking good games, at that) but they dun goofed and put a apostrophe in the title so you can't link people to the damn article if youre on steam chat, baha. [editline]02:29AM[/editline]
Oh, then I've got an excellent game idea! EDIT: Seriously, the gaming industry should grow some balls and make games about serious issues and events to bring us new perspectives on history (not "controversy" as in random violence like a fictional airport massacre). I would honestly buy a game where you play as a nazi conscript with doubts about the ideology and moral choices comes into play.
This . A thousand times. An Anne Frank game would be pretty damn good. Imagine the multiplayer, hide an seek (I'm not making fun of the situation, it would genuinely be a good game)
Aren't you the idiot who hates literally anything popular? Like, you hate pop, rap, hip hop, r&b. The fuck do you like, what IS THERE to like besides all that. [editline]04:46PM[/editline] Well I guess it seems like it huh, you hate MOH and Linkin Park, you probably hate The Beatles or something
What else is there to like? Well, you can try turning off your radio and TV and looking around a little more. You didn't even mention rock, do you know it exists? And no, I don't hate the Beatles, they were quite talented and I understand their popularity. In fact, I prefer music from that era over almost anything being played since the late '90s. And I don't hate everything that's popular, I just hate shit, and a lot of popular things are really shallow and shitty. It just so happens that a lot of people enjoy shit for some reason I can't comprehend. I'm not going to pretend to like garbage just to fit in, fuck that. That being said, I don't necessarily think MoH sucks (I really enjoyed the first one), it's just that I haven't seen any reason why it's a game I absolutely must have in my library, and since EA are being the usual greedy twats that they are about it, I've decided it's not good enough to spend money on. 3 million units x roughly $40 = $120,000,000. Really? Do you really need to make that much profit off a single title in order for it to have been worth your effort? I guarantee there's going to be multiple paid DLC packs on top. Unfortunately, one of my favourite games for the 360 is published by them: Dead Space. I'll inevitably give in and purchase the sequel. They had better not disappoint. Why am I explaining myself to a Bieber fan? Too bad the developers went under.
Battlefield 2(Battlefield: Modern Combat) *Same game
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. If only you knew how wrong you are.
I'm not a Bieber fan btw, nice job bandwagoning AGAIN
Bandwagon? You're the one berating me for NOT being on the bandwagon. Make up your goddamn mind. You have a Bieber avatar and ran to support him in another thread like his goddamn knight in shining armor. And seriously, that's all you had to say in response?
What do you want me to say? You have a differing opinion from the majority of people and you flaunt it kinda like an asshole. That's the only reason I even called you out.
What do you want me to say? You have a differing opinion from the majority of people and you flaunt it kinda like an asshole. That's the only reason I even called you out.
How am I an asshole because I realise this is just an attempt by EA to make serious cash off MW2 popularity? I'm sorry if I want to see something original, made with passion.
Kinda makes you an asshole to state your opinion in every thread that has something you dislike, I mean...that's all I've seen you do really
All I said was that EA isn't getting my dime after making that comment.
watch this, everyone will be making generic MW games for the next ten years, then someone will make a completely fucking awesome world war two game-and we'll be back to that
Since they said that, maybe the next MoH game shouldn't sell 3 million. Still, that is stupid. If a game doesn't sell 3 million, it doesn't mean the game series is dead. Although, they should make it so that they cancel their sports games if it doesn't sell more than 10-30 million.

They do not need to sell 3 million units.
Oh my fucking god is this that awful psudeo-rap I heard in the gameplay trailers RIP MoH Even MW2 had Hans Zimmer
Hans only did the multiplayer team music, but apparently he also took credit for the other tracks, even though they were composed by someone else.
Hans only did the multiplayer team music, but apparently he also took credit for the other tracks, even though they were composed by someone else.
Source? Well at least they didn't put rap IN the game.
If it goes, good riddance I say. The original was nice, AA was pretty good but the new one is basically 1:1 MW2 copy. A series that's kept alive just to churn money out of consumers is no longer a good series.
I've seen the trailers, it looks like they added the parts I hated from modern warfare 2 and bad company 2, then mixed them together.
Allied Assault was the first online game I played.
I still have my disc, it looks like shit at 1440x900 but it's still fun
What the flying fuck Are we just going to ignore the games that started the series on the PS1?
It was the first MoH game to be released on PC. And it's by far the best to be released on PC.
