The Collapse of Free Radical Design (creators of TimeSplitters and initial developers of Battlefront

Man, I wish they would start up a kickstarter for this. I just wonder if that would raise the chances of it them making another TS or BF
Sad to see them go.
I never played Timesplitters unfortunately, but I bought Second Sight after it first came out and it was one of the most memorable games I've ever played. The plot was mind-blowing.
R.I.P.

If you ever see TS in a store, buy it. The games are hilariously fun.
The milking Lucas Arts does and how they act at this point just makes me wish star Wars would die, no more toys, no more anything, same with everything else that's Lucas Arts.
I'm just absolutely tired of seeing anything coming out of anything Lucas arts.
Original Star Wars and Idiana jones were great, but the only thing they ever did good, aside from a few many other things. But nothing else good IMHO could really come out of them.

It blows my mind that the decision behind shutting down Battlefront 3 was all about marketing. The series practically sells itself.

As cynical as we want to be about them milking the brand, there comes a point where you have to feel that these guys are just kind of stupid.

I'm really trying hard to put Lucas arts into positive light at this point, but I just want to see them go bankrupt.
Leave the originals alone, just let it die. Just stop. But they won't. They've done great things, but that time's basically dead, it's time to move on.
it's all very frustrating really. They would rather sell bad dance based games instead of a series that's genuinely going to get good sales? It's like they're trying to ruin everyones childhood, like they're trying to frustrate people. At this point, there the guy that smashes that sandcastle that you worked so hard on, and then they point and laugh.
The article seriously makes me hate publishers now.
I think we will see a TS4 or a Battlefront 3. No point saying never.
Ever since the Free Radical bosses spoke about how Lucas Arts basically killed a finished product I have seen it on the front page of a few places, It will get attention and something will happen.
We will see the games in the future, just wait
I now have a strong hatred for LucasArts and i dont really pay attention to Star Wars, But if i've read this correctly. They did basicly kill off Free Radical from what i can see.

I don't even want a BF3 now because then LA would have more money to beat a dead horse.
