If anything this will just cause an even bigger disease problem. People will get even more sick at an even higher rate and breed MORE disease. Medicine is made by supply and demand, and this would make that demand cease to exist.
also, techniqually they would make less money, as the moment anyone makes anything cheaper the 750$ one immediately stops being purchased.

White collar crimes on Wall St. vary and it depends on how much money he managed to get away with or what firm/organization/companies besides the federal government would be willing to press charges against him.
It's too early to determine what specific federal laws he violated and it's likely the feds got a warrant for an arrest after presenting the judge ample evidence to initiate charges or have a warrant issued.
I think that's how it goes.
