For anyone who doesn't play a lot of games (like me), you can install Linux mint or Xubuntu. I've never been in a situation where I needed an application that only existed on Windows, and most things I do are on the web nowadays anyways.

If by ads you mean potential programs and that news thing that you have to scroll down to even see. Lmao that's nothing. I don't even consider those ads cause they are not in your face. You can even remove them no problem if you really don't want the tiles.
