This. There's a certain protein identifier in organs that tell what kind of organism they came from. Modifying the gene can allow a human to take the organ. It will still require a level of immunosuppression just like if you got a kidney from a comrade. However it's extremely better than it has been before now, and it'll be a very bright future for people needing organ transplants a few years from now.
