A pubic school isn't exactly a legal environment, they can change policy at any time.
PUBIC schools are epic, arnt they? or so i heard
A pubic school isn't exactly a legal environment, they can change policy at any time.
Yea, administrators. Everyone else is just stuck following their rules. It might not even be the principal's fault. If this rule was handed down by the administration then it isn't like the principal has a lot of choice.
If I was her I would have burst out laughing when they told me that I was suspended. Then when immediately after that while the principle is shocked and a bit insulted, I would have walked out the door, walked to the main office and asked to call my mom. I would then tell my mom I to disenroll me from the school and that I wish to be home-schooled, at least until high school, where I would be at a different school.
This is that "No tolerance" bullshit. A.K.A. lazy and stupid idea.
That's why policies are stupid. There are exceptions in every situation when "policy" would be doing more harm than good.
"We're suspending you for five days because it was in your hand," said Rachael.
yay for zero tolerance policy
Hold a meeting it the auditorium and start throwing pills. Everyone will get suspended.
Put one in the teachers hands oops
The way I see it she's being rewarded with a week off school.
my school wont let us play dodgeball in PE, and i cant talk to girls cuz we have to do "physical activity" or else i get a refferal
She wanted to know about the drugs and had them in her hand without telling the teacher. If she was protecting her friends or not, she still should had told the teacher.
Narc generation whooo
Take it to court. Use following argument: "If someone throws drugs at me and successfully hits me, should I be suspended? No. However, according to the school head, I would be suspended."
Pills here!
School Policy > Common Sense. A++ logic. :downs:
The way I see it she's being rewarded with a week off school.
Or rather she's being sent home for something completely unfair, is missing out on a week of taught education and is going to end up with a load of classwork and homework to catch up with.
I'd like to shake the principal's hand and slip a pill into it just to see if he'd get in trouble
Their zero tolerance policy on drugs offends my zero tolerance policy on bullshit. She didn't fucking ask for, distribute, or use the substance. I mean goddamn, if you suspend a girl for doing what she finds morally and legally right, somebody show throw some adderall at you because you need a reality check.
Adderall is interesting. It has two effects on women, randomly. Half of women that take it stop caring about sex, and the other half can't think about anything but sex. I was looking into clinical trials of it. Half of the women reported stories of becoming completely sexually dead, and the other half were driven to sexual extremes. One unmarried girl dressed in a bikini and went strolling in the bad part of town because she got the completely insatiable urge to have sex with multiple guys that she does not know, even though she had a history of sexual abstinence. Another girl was previously a sex addict. She became asexual when on the medication The reasons why it has these two polar effects on women are unknown. It seems almost like a coin flip when deciding which effect it will have on a person.
The more you know...

Even the drugs get in troubel
Even the drugs get in troubel
Even the victim gets in trouble!
Take a bag of pills and throw them in the cafeteria on everyone.
I'd go to that school and start jabbing people with syringes.
Holy shit, my city! :buddy: Seriously, what I heard was curiosity killed her. She wanted to know about the drugs and had them in her hand without telling the teacher. If she was protecting her friends or not, she still should had told the teacher.
I'll respond to what you said with a quote from the news article that you clearly skipped over or failed to comprehend.
We wanted to know what would have happened if Rachael had told a teacher right away. Bell said the punishment would not have been any different.
See guys, this is why we have zero tolerance policies.
Zero tolerance policies are shit
This is what you get for going to a school for drug-users only
Stupid fucking systems.
They're probably trying to see how far they can take the fucking Zero Tolerance policies.
