• Mitt Romney Says Bill Clinton Told Him Hurricane Sandy Won Obama Election

Maybe it was because Obama actually did something rather than stage a fake fundraiser.
Well, it DID show how great Obama can naturally be a leader in a time of crisis, but win the election? Hell no.
I really wish Clinton could run for president again
I doubt Clinton said that, but honestly when you look at the numbers: it did. Romney's stance on FEMA and Obama's disaster relief efforts did really tip the scales in Obama's favor when the storm hit.
The scales were already in Obama's favor, Sandy just added a little more weight.
Except Todd Akin's Gaffe is the only thing that kept his stupid ass out of the House this year. Also, this is just looking at the straight effect of a specific gaffe but not actually investigating the effects of having a "gaffe driven political machine."
I refuse to call Todd Akin's rape comment a gaffe. It's only a gaffe if you make a mistake, he actually believes the shit he says.
Is this all failed candidates do after they've lost? Bitch?
I've been getting this weird feeling ever since the election that too many people are spending too much time wondering how Romney could lose. It's almost as if a large part of the population thinks "If we can only figure out how this happened, we can stop it from ever happening again." I'd say to them "A black man became President. He won re-election. Get over it."
I refuse to call Todd Akin's rape comment a gaffe. It's only a gaffe if you make a mistake, he actually believes the shit he says.
His mistake was being honest then, one never does such a thing in politics
only could have been better if bill suddenly did this afterward
I wouldn't jump the gun and say that he's lying. It's very possible Clinton did make a call to Romney, I don't think Romney would so openly lie about something like that, especially when all it would take to crash his lie and make him look like a fool would be for Clinton to just say he never called him. Nothing is black and white, each side has its benefits and drawbacks, and an intelligent man like Clinton will realize that, so it's not impossible that he did get inspired to become a republican/at least view their ideas in a more positive light.
No, its pretty outright impossible. There is no chance Clinton would ever become a Republican. And his story is even worse when you look at the fact that, as someone said before, just a week later Clinton basically destroyed the GOP in the speech he made at the DNC.
Oh whatever. Nobody cares what Romney had to say, he lost the election and now he needs to go away. Though, it is pretty amusing to watch him going around trying to explain everything to the donors who wasted millions and millions of dollars on his campaign.
Hurricane Sandy was an inside job.
