The real fucking brilliance in this guy's manifesto is the part where he threatens everybody and their fucking grandma. Now LAPD is stretched all over the city with over 40 separate patrols guarding specific houses. That 40 patrols off of LA streets. My bet is he's never going to hurt the people he threatened he's going to go after other people. Its just a distraction to keep the LAPD busy, but the LAPD can't ignore the threats because that's fucking negligence.

I mean 10,000 cops are on full alert. He's said he's going to wage "asymetrical warfare". The first rule of asymetrical warfare is "hit them where they aren't" with every cop busy on the street looking for this guy, where are there going to be no cops?
