Having a trained, ex-army, ex-cop on the run is pretty bad.
Urban Rambo, unfortunately. I don't know whether this guy deserves sympathy or not but the way to fix shit isn't to cause more shit for other people. I hope he's brought in peacefully and best wishes to anyone he's hurt in any way. I don't disagree with what he's said though. The LAPD is corrupt as fuck, and it's obviously he got seriously wronged by the LAPD. I mean, how the fuck do two cops who shot women delivering newspapers, then held up a hotel thinking the guy was inside, don't get any punishment at all, but him "lying" got him fired?
Neither is this guy..(About the government) did you read?
Okay, but Max still didn't go against the NYPD. He was after drug dealers and that one company. Then he was after Woden. MP 3 is in a different country and was a different kind of conspiracy
Yes, but I was more meaning there's a bigger picture, he wants them all to think he's still there and what better way then to leave a chunk of evidence they need a tow truck to haul away, it takes time. It's giving him time, it's exactly what he wants and I feel the police are falling right into. For anyone asking for source on that second police shooting civilians thing, it was on the CBS live stream, can't really source that since it's passed by. Unless someone wants to go look for an article talking about it.
and you don't think if some pasty FPer came up with that idea in several minutes somebody on the force hasn't?

And will then continue that pattern until he's killed/captured or he feels he's been vindicated.
and you don't think if some pasty FPer came up with that idea in several minutes somebody on the force hasn't?
Thing is, he knows the police are going to have to respond and search the area and waste manpower there, regardless. If he knows their SOP, he can play it against them.
This guy is a real piece of shit. I hope he gets life in prison and runs into someone he helped put there.
Least he's got the balls to do something.
Source? Because if so the guy's already won. The legal costs alone are going to fuck over the LAPD far more than any property or personnel damage he could ever cause. I swear the military is going to get called in and we're going to have a full on Rambo going.
They'll do what they always do; sweep it under the rug and just inform the public "they took care of it."
Least he's got the balls to do something.
At least he has the balls to kill some innocent girl because he believes his lawyer didn't represent him correctly? Fuck that
Gotta say, it sure was smart that the guy has a huge smile in all his pictures, much harder to make him look bad.
At least he has the balls to kill some innocent girl because he believes his lawyer didn't represent him correctly? Fuck that
Whatever
and you don't think if some pasty FPer came up with that idea in several minutes somebody on the force hasn't?
No, but at the same time, this investigation is being conducted by the Big Bear Sherrif's or SBD Sherrif's and they aren't the brightest..Besides, I was merely making a conclusion based on what I've seen. There are police spread out ALL over Big Bear I've already had a dozen or so drive through my street, some were LAPD others were even from different cities miles away from here. I have no doubt in my mind they probably thought what I was thinking but that still doesn't mean they didn't fall for it by taking hours upon hours checking out the vehicle and then deciding to tow it to the SBD crime lab.
Lol, the Twitter account was suspended.
With the storm coming, this could get absurd. It already sounds like a classical action movie[sp]except when the protagonist dies a horrible death at the hands of a bunch of cops[/sp] Don't read if you don't want the end spoiled.
I honestly think he might have booked it for the time being, will wait for the heat to die down, then strike again when his targets are less secure. And will then continue that pattern until he's killed/captured or he feels he's been vindicated.
This I agree with. Just about exactly what I was thinking. Except version two of this in my head says: "Well, he is a very skilled bomb manufacturer..." so I hope that second part doesn't hold much, i'd hate for him to have bombed some kind of target or even think about it but considering what he did to his own car.
I just hope this doesn't inspire any copycat cop killer massacres.
I think they said they found tracks near his truck. There is a huge gap by the way. They found the truck at 9:00 am, but didn't do anything until 2:00pm.

They found the truck at 9:00 am, but didn't do anything until 2:00pm.
Well sure he had to get in and out. And what would you do if you knew a possible killer with a motive was on the loose and you found his truck on fire? It could have been rigged with who knows what on a timer, it probably was on a timer in the first place, I'd imagine he jetted and got as far away as possible before it even caught fire.
Ok guys I don't condone his actions, but this is an interesting thought: If his story is true, how else would the LAPD corruption get cleaned up? After this is settled, I do expect a full blown investigation on the LAPD.
Whatever
Yeah whatever. I for one respect anyone who has the balls to senselessly murder somebody's daughter. :downs: [editline]8th February 2013[/editline] This is how dumb you sound.
Are there any rules on the forum or laws in general that forbid me posting pictures of the school being evacuated? I blurred the faces and the pictures are from a friend who gave me the go ahead to do with them what I want.

Soo... I live in vegas, and apparantly a few schools (elementary) got locked down until 6 PM here because he had a house here or something? They suspected he was hiding in his house in vegas? That might be a different person, but I doubt it is a coincidence that these both happened around the same time.

The FBI forced a warrant through that allowed them to search his home in Las Vegas. They were afraid he may have entered Las Vegas after they couldn't find him here in Big Bear.
I completely believe what this guy said about the LAPD, just wish he didn't kill those two innocents. If he took down some corrupt cops, I wouldn't really care.
This guy is a piece of shit. I understand he is upset at the system. But there are much better ways to handle this. To shoot officers who, like him, a majority who are just there to do their job, is completely stupid. I could maybe...just maybe...understand him losing his mind and taking down corrupt cops. But what he is doing and what he is threatening to do is just bullshit.
I completely believe what this guy said about the LAPD, just wish he didn't kill those two innocents. If he took down some corrupt cops, I wouldn't really care.
It's not like the cop he killed was necessarily "corrupt". He had no idea in that situation I don't think and he injured what, 4 or 5 of them? I know he was going for a "target" so maybe the guy who died was who he wanted but those guys were just doing their job they were at like a traffic light or something when he just gunned at them.

cops are around my neighborhood with rifles hmm
What he is doing is wrong but for the right reasons. Police corruption is a serious issue that really needs to be taken care of. The least one could hope for is that his story shines the light on police corruption.
