Pretty sure it doesn't snow in Los Angeles, but I could be wrong.

It amazes me that, in all the years we've desired seasons, it has never come to pass in a single Rockstar game. It's not like they don't have the resources and talented manpower reserves to make it happen either.
Would have been especially nice for Red Dead Redemption.

Yeah, this is something everybody has to keep in mind. GTA IV especially had a lot of cut content. Hell, GTA IV was supposed to include all of Liberty State (with the Carroways and Carson City as the two other possible cities in the state), but they decided to just focus in on Liberty City alone.
They better make the forklift actually do something this time, the gastank was alright but vehicles like dumptrucks and concrete mixers were great in San Andreas and need to make a comeback.
Hopefully they can design something based on the Honda CRZ to replace the Blista Compact too.

This is a canon city, they can change whatever, such as making it snow there.
And come on, who wouldn't want snow in GTA? Imagine all the cars sliding everywhere, it would even make certain missions a pain during getaways. I hope there is snow.

I hope Hunter Quarry to come back, but more lively. It'd awesome having open-topped Biffs driving in and out of the complex, some Dozers and Dumpers working down in the pit. Even script them to actually do work somehow.
Man I remember the days in GTA: SA that I would pull a large train of tractors with a Tanker truck at the very end could never turn to sharp though or it would launch those bitches lmao.

I remember using a Tractor to haul a Raindance Helicopter from the Easter Bay International Airport all the way to Doherty Garage, just so I can shove it in the Garage so it would unlock and become flyable :v:

I did that at the lowrider meeting on some guys orange lowrider with a purple interior.
This makes me feel even more confident in seeing news at E3 now. Second trailer with a possible release date attached?
Going off-roading with dune buggies with the new physics engine could be fun as fuck.
