Stop contradicting yourself.
I'm not. Too many people means Overpopulation, Overpopulations means we lose resources too fast, then we all die or turn people into food.
Oh right. I'll get back to you. There we go: Tariff :eng101:
You need to reference the entire piece of legislation, not take shit out of context. I'm not even going to read anything until you link to a legit source.

He's in our country, he's staying in our country, if he does anything else, which I highly doubt, it's our problem, not America's.
http://www.hmprisonservice.gov.uk/adviceandsupport/prison_life/lifesentencedprisoners/
That is not legislation or legal documentation. [editline]08:31PM[/editline]
He's in our country, he's staying in our country, if he does anything else, which I highly doubt, it's our problem, not America's.
He is leaving the country buddy. [editline]08:31PM[/editline] Read the article.
That is not legislation or legal documentation.
Well, just let me pop down to the local Liba- Oh wait I can't they knocked it down to build a few houses. And even if it was still there I couldn't.
He's in our country, he's staying in our country, if he does anything else, which I highly doubt, it's our problem, not America's.
He was in your country when he killed a very large number of American citizens. Too many people means Overpopulation, Overpopulations means we lose resources too fast, then we all die or turn people into food.
So you support murder?
Well, just let me pop down to the local Liba- Oh wait I can't they knocked it down to build a few houses. The above is the official UK public digital archive of legislation. Below is the digital archive of the entire U.S. code: http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/ If you would please point out the differences you claim. Otherwise maybe you should stop talking like you know what the fuck you're talking about. Maybe you could go back to rambling on about your overpopulation genocidal bullshit, I don't know.
So you support murder?
No. Controlled culling. (User was banned for this post ("Genocidal maniac" - TH89))
So you support murder?
That isn't murder, that's genocide.
We did it for that train guy, so we do it for everyone. You could put the two together "I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO A PRISON WHICH IS SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN TO CAUSE CANCER, LET ME OUT PLEASE!"
No. Controlled culling.
Genocide.
No. Controlled culling.

To be honest, the people we should kill are people that have too many children. Murderers fix this.
Sounded like you do.
You could find it yourself you know?
Or you could support your argument.
You could find it yourself you know?
Burden of proof, pal. You make the claim, you support the claim. That's like telling an Atheist to try to prove the existence of God. I'm extremely familiar with First-World law, I can quote the U.S. code off the top of my head and while I'm not familiar with the discrepencies between US and UK law I have no more reason to believe mass murderers get off the hook like that any more than I have reason to believe it is illegal for a Scotsman to say the word goat.

I'd had a couple of beers and I have work tomorrow morning (or this morning, by about two hours), so I'm off. Have a fun discussion guys! :downs:
I think its actions like these that really look at the whole 'human sympathy' the court has these days. If you look through history you notice court systems go from radically harsh to radically easy to going into a middle type system and going in circles again, all about who is in power. I just hope we get a mix again.
Remind me again why America has a constant say in this matter? So there were American victims, I understand. But it was a Scottish matter, it should be left to that. Just because it didnt go exactly the way America wanted doesnt mean they should start criticizing everyone and bitching like some 12 year old chick on her cycle.

In other words: Scot kills Yanks Scot government needs to let Yank government trial the killer, or Yank government gets pissed because Yanks were killed by the Scot
I really don't get this whole situation. Do people who serve a life sentence usually get let out? I mean, it seems pretty stupid. The point of a life sentence is a life sentence.
There are 3 types of life sentences. Life sentence without parole, Life sentence with parole, and life sentence with parole after <insert amount of years here>.

[editline]10:30PM[/editline] If a bunch of Scottish citizens were blown up while visiting America, wouldn't Scotland want to have a say in how justice is administered? But we're all hypocrites, especially governments and justice systems. What can you expect?
ITT who really needs to give a fuck, he's going to die in 3 months. In technical terms, his life sentence ended when he got terminal cancer, because he's dead no matter what. besides, dying from cancer is far from dying content. It's not like it's a nice, pleasant death.
