I've said it before and I'll say it again. Mid to late 19th century England. Climb the Big Ben, Jack the Ripper as one of the bosses.
Fuck that, you play as the ripper kidney eating minigame
Russia - 1917 would be good too.
I think it'd work to their advantage. Lotta untapped material there like this fanart, I'd totally buy this game
Sadly a female lead in a mainline Asscreed is pretty unlikely. You probably get to see them in spinoffs, like the PSvita one, but that's about it. Unless they want to make mirror's edge 2.
Russia - 1917 would be good too.
Assassin's Creed: The Fall It's a comic Feel free to read it. It's set in 1917 Russia. This guy [T]http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20121219152423/assassinscreed/images/0/01/ACAnniversary-Orelov_Render.png[/T] I agree about a game though... I'd like to see Nikolai Orelov get one.
Hopefully something not based in Europe or the New World or any major events everyone knows already. I love how AC can connect me with exotic history brought to life, so I'd like them to make the most out of that creative opportunity. You could do anything from South American jungletreehopping to Chinese roofrunning to African AC Guild recruitment/Kony simulator. Also hope they trim down the bat gadget baggage and the "here's a toy to win the story mission"-ness and focus on stabbing and giving players the sandbox to plan their stabbings and stabbing of course. (and maybe a more interesting combat sys-pffahaha) I wonder if they'll find a decent MC for this one. Ezio was a goldmine, but the other two slabs of granite are really forgettable.
Russia - 1917 would be good too.
oh god I'm calling it now, assassainating Rasputin would be the best mission ever
How about you just fix the train-wreck of an ending that was AC3 first. The whole magic spesh bullshit is retarded, but it could have at least ended with less of a big "fuck you" to the player.

Shaun Hastings said himself "Maybe we should turn back the clock and go back before Altair" and seeing "Brazil" news that's been posted before its likely that we will go in brazil forward, OR before, who knows.
I'm tired of European and Middle-eastern settings. I demand an oriental one
oh god I'm calling it now, assassainating Rasputin would be the best mission ever
No. Rasputin should be your mentor.
Why are so many people afraid of a Female protagonist?
Well if I can't enjoy a male centric power-ego and the clothing isn't ever going to be sexualising enough for a female lead then it's a no buy from me.
Why are so many people afraid of a Female protagonist?
Because a sizeable market demo are 12-15 year old guys who are still in the women icky but booobies phase. Plus shareholders often believe that is the only demo.
If you asked me I would like it if the next Assassins Creed games following the next couple of wars after the Revolution. Think about it, the French Revolution, American Civil War, World Wars I and II, Korean, Vietnam (I think that would be the best.), Then following up with the modern war, and then going into the future.
Shaun Hastings said himself "Maybe we should turn back the clock and go back before Altair" and seeing "Brazil" news that's been posted before its likely that we will go in brazil forward, OR before, who knows.
Ancient Rome? A game revolving around Aquilus? (Desmond's earliest known ancestor before Altair)
Assassin's Creed III for the PS Vita is already set in Brazil, if I'm not heavily mistaken.
Liberation is in colonial America or something.
it felt like they were just dying to do this, the killing off of [sp]desmond[/sp] seemed really abrupt.
All-in-all I just want Ubisoft to explain what the hell Juno is gonna do. As someone more interested in the modern parts of the game this is kind of a big deal to me.
Bit too obscure, I agree with either a 19th century Britain or Napoleonic/Revolutionary France.
Obscure history is why I loved the first one so much. You learn so much about an entire culture you never cared much about before.
They seem to be doing ~300 year jumps. 1100's, 1400's, then 1700's. I honestly wouldn't mind the final "arc" of the series to be modern, and all Desmond.
Assassin's Creed: Caveman unga bunga
Assassin's Creed is fun as hell, I wouldn't mind seeing a female protagonist either. Ancient China would be badass.
I said it before, Opium War-era/century of humiliation China as a British descendent would be awesome
Maybe, but because of all the urban settings and the more chaotic urban warfare in WWII, I consider that far more likely.
Which I would hate, because it would most likely be some Saboteur/Assassin's Creed hybrid baby.
so how will this work out when [sp]desmond died[/sp] at the ending of AC3
[sp]New hero, said in the title.[/sp]
I really wish they would try a new IP rather than sticking with AC.
Far Cry 3? Rayman? It's not new, but it's not AC.
it felt like they were just dying to do this, the killing off of [sp]desmond[/sp] seemed really abrupt.
[sp] He's probably not going to be dead for long. [/sp] On another note, I think it would be best if they went French Revolution, but with a twist: You play as a Templar against the revolutionaries and Napoleon, assassins who were driven power hungry by the apple. You get to fight alongside Horatio Nelson, the Duke of Wellington, and others.
They still haven't done any of the female ancestors [editline]8th February 2013[/editline]
I'm tired of European and Middle-eastern settings. I demand an oriental one
Fuckin ninjas would be so good
[sp] He's probably not going to be dead for long. [/sp]
[sp]That's exactly what I've been saying. They'll probably come rushing back in to find him almost dead on the ground and either throw him back in the animus or there will be something Minerva hid away to bring him back. Then the game will be about finding some weapon Minerva had left behind in case Juno was released to bring her down.[/sp]
Russian Civil War/WWI Eastern Front please
