I don't think color really matters. If you're a guy, you're gonna be attracted to whoever is pretty. If your have nice hair, a pretty face, a good sense of style, cleanliness, and a sweet personality, I'll fall in love with her. I don't care if she's dark chocolate or creamy white.

I think this is mostly just something that comes out in societies where there's a significantly large amount of minorities which are visually distinctly different from the majority. I don't think most people in mostly monoethnic countries really thought about this. And since there's a lot of less of it going on, dating outside of your race is generally seen more as something as a novelty, not really judged too much. AS in might be in a country where the minorities make a larger portion of society. Only one racial group had an exception. (I think it was black men for black women). Though I've always considered Ok cupid to be somewhat of an oddball.

I wish I got to date more people of different races. Here they are hard to come by and are often very exclusive and hang out/ date with people of their own race. You are also kinda silently-frowned-upon if you date inter-racially. The struggle of living under the tuscan sun. I had dated people of different ethnicities tho and found it a very positive experience. Plenty of stuff to discuss, often with people with funny accents. Great times. As far as body attraction goes I don't think I have preferences related to race- They are all related to being well kept, the kind of body figure, eye color, hairstyle, how you dress- and so on and so forth.. Like as far as body attraction goes- if you're short, with dark eyes, a bang hairstyle and a slim figure I'd date you in every shade of skin color, from albino to pitch black.

my dad likes asians so i'm half asian, and i'd guess that would make me less partial to either white or asian women. but i'm waaaay more attracted to white women. I cant rationalize it, and kinda felt bad about it, because i've always been closer to my asian relatives than my white relatives.
