Once we're out of Iraq and Afghanistan (plus a few years to let people calm down) then there's a fairly good chance they will invade them. It would be a good idea to invade before they get the Nuclear program fully running and rehabilitating the people would be way easier than in Arab regions.
As long as we come up with ways to counteract their advanced suicide torpedoes. Maybe some kind of giant net?

Technicaly it's the US's business too because they are still at war. If NK breaks the ceasefire, the US pretty much has to come and help.

Not really. South Korea is just there thanks to the US and still tied to many western and Asian countries as well as the EU. NK is a constant threat to the countries around it and not just the South.
The inhabitants of NK are suffering without actually being to blame for it. In countries like Afghanistan the culture and support from the population towards terroristic organizations is there, it does lie in their hands up to a certain degree.

Common sense will tell you that North Korea is an isolationist state with no intention of threatening global security. They occasionally act up to let the rest of the world know that they're still awake and willing to defend their homeland. No measures need to be taken, because North Korea knows that NATO exists and they realise that they can't survive the backlash of an outward act of aggression; something they wouldn't seriously consider.
Both Koreas wish to be reunified, but having South Korea accuse North Korea of assembling fleets of suicide submariners and North Korea accuse South Korea of plotting to overthrow the government are devastating blows to the diplomatic process.

I'm not saying NK is necessarily a good country, but they may be doing some things good, it's just no one in the world knows. NK is extremely secretive and tries to isolate the goings-on in its society any way possible.

"We", if you mean the United States, didn't fuck Japan over, but it was a combined Allied effort. China fought Japan in Central Asia, we (the British) fought Japan in the Burma/India/China area, the Soviets fought Japan along the Mongolian border, and the Amercans fought Japan across the Pacific.
Japan was far too spread-out to retaliate to any theatre effectively.
