What have they done wrong? All they've done is taken uranium that COULD be made into weapons in exchange for fuel rods which CAN'T be made into weapons.
Half of the people here didn't even read the article or even know what enriched uranium is.
Facepunch as usual.
Turkey can forget a place in the EU now.
Didn't the US offer to do this as an alternative to iran remaining secretive and enriching it themselves?
Brazil? I feel a little more confident with the deal now, I trust Brazil a lot more than Turkey.
You're fighting Iraq, not Iran... :psyboom:
We're not fighting Iraq, we're fighting terrorist cells throughout the world, but especially in the middle east. Most of these cells, including most if not all of the Taliban, are directly funded by Iran. They don't make it secret, either. The only reason we aren't at war with Iran is that we can't afford it. We are too weary of war after so many years in Afghanistan and Iraq that we can't convince people that we need to go to war against Iran. Plus, if we leave Afghanistan now, the country will be DESTROYED by the Taliban thanks to Iran. We can't fight the source of the problem, so all we can do is this "hearts and minds" crap, hoping that the Taliban will slowly decrease in size as less people join them in favor of the government.
PS: Just because I'm Glenn Beck doesn't mean I'm right.
PPS: I didn't read the thread, so if someone already said this, rate me late/bad reading/whatever.
and this is an issue, why? republicunts have a problem with brown people and use fear mongering to push their agenda.
If I recall correctly one of attempted compromises the Americans were looking at was that Iran would send its Uranium outside the country to be enriched.
What is the problem here then? It just seems the issue here for the Americans is that they weren't involved in this deal.

The American Government isn't mad, they're actually quite pleased. There's no reason to be mad, unless you think that the fuel rods there getting can be turned into weapons(which they cant).
Brazil has uranium?
They mine it.

No, they gave Iran something that could help them make a WMD.
We gonna go in their country here and find dem WMDs

I know what is going on, I just think the media frenzy over this is because of two reasons,
-People are unfamiliar with how nuclear weapons are created
-While the United States got a solution they would have proposed, it's really something they would have rather negotiated themselves.
That's MAD.
