basically you oversimplified something, chopped out the people who made it happened, and made huge over-reaching judgments on influential artists because they've already influenced you and you don't even recognize how their influence changed the world.

I don't know then, there has to be a reason only one design is done at a time, security reasons probably, if they made multiple designs then there might end up being so many designs that fake notes would become easier to use since people would have a hard time knowing which design is fake or not.
