If a military force would shoot at your boat, and then proceed to board it armed with ASSAULT RIFLES, would you just sit there?

They most probably fired warning shots before boarding, it's part of a procedure where you must warn the ship, tell them you are about to board, and fire warning shots before boarding.

You obviously can't be 100% sure and can't prove that, so the claim can't be taken seriously.
