So instead of making a superior product, the only way we can beat the competition is to sue the shit out of each other? And the bans are affecting all Australians, what if one wants a 4S or a Galaxy? The people getting the short end here is the Australians. Talk about leaving a bad impression on an entire market. If it were up to me, I wouldn't be saying "How can we sue the shit out of them to get a better deal", I would be saying "Let's make a product that is not comparable on any margin, let's make the competition really work for their keep".

And by the time this is all over the products Samsung gets banned and the ones Apple get banned will be outdated and completely irrelevant. Then the "winner" can gloat about getting old products banned from the market. What an accomplishment that will be.

It's OK for Samsung to do it if Apple does it? OK, well if that's how Android fans see it.

This is Ridiculous. Just ban Apple AND Samsung shit from being able to be sold, all over the world until the two companies can grow the fuck up and act like adults.

I'm so sick of these phone wars. I love Apple. But I'm not taking sides here. I think they should sell their products like normal companies and best phone wins.

ZTE would obviously win due to their massive value for money with their phones. They are like the AMD of smartphones.

Samsung is 4 times as big a company than Apple and it sells so many things, Apple is just in Electronic consumer goods, if the 4S starts getting banned then Apple are in more trouble than with the Galaxy being banned

It's a slight upgrade, and a much better camera, but it isn't particularly noteworthy.

Also people forget that the 4S is Apple's first true world phone with both GSM & CDMA chips so for people who are constantly on business trips it is a must. But apart from those few things yeah the 4S is not that much of a upgrade over the 4.

Because to me it just looks like it takes microphone input and works out what your just yelled at it. And the GSM/ CDMA support is a nice thing to have.

The assistant app I have for my droid is nowhere near as intuitive or accurate.
