Maybe this is what Paul Blart 2 is going to be but they've just been keeping it a secret.
You know not that a film version wouldn't be an interesting idea. But good chance Hollywood's gonna make it into an actual screamer/jumpscare fest with awful CG rather than try for anything subtle at all. Here's hoping this is just a very late April Fool's joke, or alternatively maybe they pull a surprise and we get a decent movie at least? Personally if they were to animate the animatronics, I think stop motion ala Terminator 1 would be best over CG. Hell maybe actual animatrons would be interesting.
It could be good or bad. Honestly if they don't make it some dumb g-rated movie and really go ,for scary shit it might be good.
Man the creator if FN@F is making mad fucking cash
I'll see it, probably on netflix or as a redbox rental
I just hope all the lore stays intact. But that's just wishful thinking. I can think of many ways to make the series into a movie. But I bet Hollywood can only think of may ways to make it badly.
wait theres lore in fnaf
wait theres lore in fnaf
Bunch of it. It's hidden everywhere for the player to discover.
I'm really looking forward to this, because it could be really good, and actually pull off what made the games creepy. Or it could be completely awful, like Silent Hill. Either way, it's gonna be a hell of thing to watch.
i sure fucking hope they don't make it some PG shit so all the 6 year old fans of this terrible game can go and watch it as well
I can't wait for the inevitable Five Nights At Freddy's: The Movie: The Game
Or it could be completely awful, like Silent Hill.
the fuck did u just say that movie is great
Bunch of it. It's hidden everywhere for the player to discover.
But the "hidden" part of it is part of the reason why it was so alluring to the point where even people who hate horror games and jumpscares were jumping into the bandwagon. I highly doubt a film adaption would have that same subtlety.
Maybe this is what Paul Blart 2 is going to be but they've just been keeping it a secret.
Has FNAF been Frog Fractions 2 all along?
the fuck did u just say that movie is great
for me, it didn't capture any of the creepiness of the game, it seemed like a generic horror movie which is exactly what I don't want to happen here

If they take all the hidden lore and make a movie of that.
for me, it didn't capture any of the creepiness of the game, it seemed like a generic horror movie which is exactly what I don't want to happen here
Oh you mean as an adaptation. I've never played the game so on a pure movie front I thought it was quite good. the sequel though is probably the worst movie ever made
wait theres lore in fnaf
it's about serial child murder and stuff, it's all hidden in dark corners so you have to look real close
The only way I could see FNAF working in movie form is if it was done akin to the artstyle of Don Bluth: [t]http://th08.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2014/321/c/1/fnaf_by_dwarfdraco-d86rdjv.jpg[/t] That or done with old school "animatronics" like a 50's horror movie.
wait theres lore in fnaf
You're not a true FNAFer until you look way too deep into every damn thing in the games. The dude on the phone has a stutter? He must be the killer.
the fuck did u just say that movie is great
Haahaaaaaaaa ha... ha :( oh I wish it was, I was stoked for it.
imagine working at a theatre, showing some new movie you've never heard of. then on the first day of it showing you just see tonnes upon tonnes of people dressed in weird broken down looking animal costumes it'll be like rocky horror picture show only shit
Maybe this is what Paul Blart 2 is going to be but they've just been keeping it a secret.
Mall Cop 2 is coming out in 10 days if you weren't aware.
You're not a true FNAFer until you look way too deep into every damn thing in the games. The dude on the phone has a stutter?
i sure fucking hope they don't make it some PG shit so all the 6 year old fans of this terrible game can go and watch it as well
If it doesn't get R, it's shit.
i sure fucking hope they don't make it some PG shit so all the 6 year old fans of this terrible game can go and watch it as well
Why would they not make it PG? It would put most of the fan-base in the dark from watching it.
Why would they not make it PG? It would put most of the fan-base in the dark from watching it.
they shouldn't be the target audience to start with
I dunno about this. FNAF is a game series that completely relies on you suspending any belief that people will act like reasonable people in any way I mean shit the entire premise is based on a guy who for some reason keeps coming in to work at a place with fucking murderous animatronics then again horror movies aren't really known for that either so
they shouldn't be the target audience to start with
They're the main demographic of the game and this seems like a "we want money" kind of thing so...
