If you want to wear your Burqa and practice sharia law then go back to whatever country you came from, stop trying to force your hardcore Islam crap in other countries that would usually be fairly tolerant of you.
EDIT
Let me rephrase this, the Burqa is a symbol of female oppression under extreme Islamist regimes, such as in Pakistan or Afghanistan. Women should not be forced to wear an item of clothing under the guise of a religious law, even so not that many women at all wear the Burqa willingly under Islam law, opting for the completely acceptable Hijab if they so wanted to.
Just to clear some of the issues the Burqa is just one item of clothing amongst many which are permitted in Islam, I will refer you to this article, which has a nice little presentation at the bottom to show you the different types of Islamic clothing for women:
Islamic clothing for women
For those who are saying wearing a Burqa is somethint that should be allowed on religious grounds, the Qu'ran does not explicitly say that women should wear a full body item of clothing, it does mention that women should cover their most modest parts:
And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their khimar over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to [...] (Qur'an 24:31)
It can be easily said that this has been massively over interpreted by certain groups, after reading the quote it can be assumed the message was to just to cover their breasts and genitals, so that they can be a true believer in Islam, or in other words just wearing something modest to progress society.
In conclusion, it can be said the Burqa is not a religious item, but more a cultural item of clothing, that has become a symbol of mass oppression on the grounds of sex, and could perhaps be compared to other cultural or political relics such as the stars the Jews were forced to wear during WW2 to symbolise them being Jews or the Nazi swastika symbolising race supremacy. All these symbols would relegate a certain group of people to a lower form of existence where they are denied even basic human rights. Banning the Burqa while somewhat extreme, for the time being, is going to be the better decision while it is still being used to oppress.
often women are forced to wear the Burqa in the middle east or face severe punishment. The fact being it would be better to ban the Burqa to protect those who are being abused by it.

Most of the Dutch in Dubai are tourists, while the people here are actually Citizens of the Netherlands. And most of them got into the country under the rule of that they're married to a citizen of the Netherlands, so they never had to do anything to get allowed into the Country.
Quite sure some Dutch people moved there because they expected the business to be good there.

All right. I seen people who lived in Bahrain for 20 years and haven't learned a single word in Arabic besides Hello.

Oh yeah, those shady deals about the palm islands and stuff.
The second part explains the why and if you come to live in another country yet refuse to learn their language (some of them learn it though and I never hear anything bad about those) or just set themself to the rules of the country, I'd say that should warrant a ban yes.
Even if it's the language of the majority in the country you shouldn't be forced to speak it unless you're working or something. Either way it's probably beneficial to learn it for them, but living in your country doesn't mean they have to assimilate into your culture just because you want them to.

Then you should understand how some people feel here.

They're not trying to force anything on anybody. People are trying to force conformity on them.
This is a retarded ban.
Nobody's discussing acceptance of sharia law here
Oh yeah, those shady deals about the palm islands and stuff.
Yep pulled in by false promises, just like those muslims pulled into Belgium by the false promise of freedom.

I'm not even bothered by all of that. The only problem I really have is that almost none of them speak Dutch.

And that also brings another problem. Their kids always talk their own language at home and they also speak it under their general youth, which then separates them again from the people.
(There are always exceptions of course but most of the Islamic youth in the Netherlands speaks terrible Dutch and only talks the language where they came from)
I'm not even bothered by all of that. The only problem I really have is that almost none of them speak Dutch.
So? Plenty of people in America don't speak English. Unless I'm trying to buy something from somewhere they're working and I have no idea what they're saying I don't think they ought to be forced to learn our language, though it would help.
I'm not even bothered by all of that. The only problem I really have is that almost none of them speak Dutch.
How does that effect you other than you being afraid of a different language
And that also brings another problem. Their kids always talk their own language at home and they also speak it under their general youth, which then separates them again from the people.
Most kids who speak a foreign language at home but grow up here have no problem adapting to both languages.
You're basically trying to FORCE cultural integration here, which I don't think is particularly ethical, especially when it's in the name of mere convenience.
Yep pulled in by false promises, just like those muslims pulled into Belgium by the false promise of freedom.
Actually most muslims who were pulled into Belgium/Netherlands and even Sweden were dragged in to do the chores we basically didn't want to do. Kind of like the Mexicans in America. However now that we have a work shortage of our own we all want them out ASAP.

Being afraid of a different language within my own country.

Damn I must be living in a different part of the Netherlands because all young muslims I've come across speak decentish Dutch though with a lot of slang.

So its OK to have Muslims do jobs you dislike, but when you want them back, they have to leave?
Being afraid of a different language within my own country.
By decree of His Highness WPlayer the First, IT WILL BE SO.

I denk niet dat een moslim zo snel een baas van een management support bedrijf word.
Ik woon trouwens in Zaanstad en ik zal je zeggen, de Marokkanen en Turken hier zijn niet echt prettig.
