I don't even think there was any point to building a tank. It just made you extremely easy to be torn apart by energy blades if you couldn't move and it didn't matter how much firepower you could load onto your machine since it's useless if it can't hit the guy who can permanently stay airborne and get to you from across the map in a few seconds
