:20bux: :20bux: :20bux: :20bux: :20bux: :20bux: If the USA supports South Korea
I never said that wasn't what was going to happen. I'm saying what I would do, what I think is the best solution. Countries, in many ways, act like individual people. I have studied the national psychology of North Korea. The best analogy would be a paranoid schizophrenic. No understanding of consequences and frequent delusions. The other countries involved are at least sane. China is passive-aggressive with an ego problem, the US is a grandstanding, vainglorious ass that everyone tolerates because they honestly run the planet, and Russia is bitter over the Cold War. The UK is nostalgic for the times they ran they planet, Japan has PTSD over the last war but is still egocentric, and South Korea is scared shitless but is tired of putting up with North Korea, like an abused spouse about to go over the edge. All of those countries can at least be counted upon to act in their best interests. North Korea cannot. They are unpredictable, which is the worst thing a country with both nukes and enemies can be. They do not distinguish between enemy and civilian, both at the micro and macro scale. They can't threaten the US, so they point their missiles at Japan, simply because they're a useful hostage. North Korea is, in my opinion, beyond saving. You think it's tough in Iraq, or Afghanistan? They'll come around after a decade of war. North Korea will take generations. They've been living in madness for three generations; they cannot adapt to what we consider rational government. Give Orwell a read sometime, and you'll understand.
Lol I love these analogies. Please tell us more. What are Germany, Canada, Norway and Australia like?
Lol I love these analogies. Please tell us more. What are Germany, Canada, Norway and Australia like?
Germany - Guy who starts shit Canada - Cool smart guy Australia - Over protective parent.
I bet my younger sister that the shit hits the fan in a week.
Lol I love these analogies. Please tell us more. What are Germany, Canada, Norway and Australia like?
Germany is mildly OCD, currently on meds. Canada is most like a hipster/hippie, not really a "contributing member of society", but at least he hasn't killed people lately. I honestly can't give a good opinion of Norway. As an American, I have a genetic disorder preventing me from distinguishing the Scandinavian countries, so I don't want to give out an opinion I can't back up. Australia is an ex-felon, trying a bit too hard to be nice, but still has the skills from his rougher days. Any more you want?
What about the Hundred Years War?
That was more of a series of ongoing conflicts.
HEY we have bacon here !
What part of my statement offended you, so that I may come up with a more relevant and snappy counter-retort?
Nukes were invented for a reason.
are they still threating seriously
I bet one :smug: that it's yesterday at 4200 hours.
It seems we're all assuming that South Korea is telling the truth about who sunk the warship. How do we know this for sure? Has there been an independent investigation or are we just taking their word for it?
Japan's investigation concluded that it wasn't North Korea; however, we rejected the claim.
Well we all know guys that North Korea is the best korea,
Wow I didnt know Kim Jong Il was a wizard.

You can't judge them based on the category you place that person in. Everybody has different views of his own country, and foreign countries. You generalise too much for your argument to hold. The second thing that bugs me is how many assumptions you make about how brain-washed they are and how beyond-saving you claim them to be. I bet there are enough civilians that know they're being fed bullshit, and enough civilians that don't, but they all just want to live a peaceful life.
:20bux: on Attack will happen within the next 2 weeks
i hope sk manage to intake whole korea!
After looking into this, it seems no one in South Korea is remotely worried. Since I think they understand this best, I'm pretty sure we're making this a bigger deal than it actually is. Sad, I was looking forward to shutting NK up once and for all.
