I don't see any reference to children there, nor anything that points to him being completely serious. You could say that it's creepy out of context, but we don't have any context.
It is creepy. Good to see Moloch is such a common joking topic. If my inside jokes with my friends and family were aired in public with no context, I'd probably also look like a depraved lunatic.
http://twitter.com/DebraAlfarone/status/805532387472003074 Dunno if this is 100% reputable or not, but figured it was relevant
I already shared that, but it is old news. The suspect himself allegedly made a statement that he did this because of Pizzagate.
So I guess the left going need to learn how to do basic computer security, calm down and undo the identity politics and reform themselves and get rid of the corporatism. What one side does affect the other.
The right must learn how to behave, check the sources they read and learn how to distinguish reality from fiction. What one side does affect the other.
I don't think the people looking into Pizzagate, like any group, all believe such things. That's not an accurate representation of the situation. If anyone is interested in a representation of Pizzagate from the people themselves refer to this info graphic. https://i.sli.mg/eoWIeB.jpg
My favorite part about this is "The CLINTON FOUNDATION paid $10,000 to MARINA ABRAMOVIC" Wow, really? They gave money to a very well-known modern performance artist? Fucking shock of the century.
"assault rifle" $10 says it's a semi-automatic AR-15 or better yet something like an SKS with tapco furniture
I don't get why people get mad at the news about calling AR-15s assault rifles. Assault rifle is such a notoriously broad term, anyways.
I don't get why people get mad at the news about calling AR-15s assault rifles. Assault rifle is such a notoriously broad term, anyways.
An Assault Rifle is any rifle firing an intermediate cartridge capable of selective fire and using detachable magazines. That's a rather clear and concrete definition if you ask me, nothing broad about it. Assault Rifle ownership by civilians is extremely rare and requires special permits and registration, which by the way this registry closed in 1986. There have only been 3 crimes in the history of the US using legal registered automatics, and one of them was by a police officer. However, "assault weapon" is a term created by anti-gun politicians to conflate and confuse civilian weapons with "assault rifles". This highly sensationalized term has no solid definition and might as well be used to mean "scary guns".
Taking the worst of the fringe elements of online left and you get talk of safe spaces and triggers and stuff.
More like you get dead cops in Dallas and Baton Rouge
Taking the worst of the fringe elements of online left and you get talk of safe spaces and triggers and stuff. The alt-right indirectly got at least one person to go to the pizzeria where my friend works to shoot it up. Things are not really that equivalent.
Not here to start a left vs right war but the worst of the left includes harassing and beating Trump supporters, or harassing and attempting to accuse innocent people of sexual assault (Hugh Mungus). Again, I'm not trying to say that the left or right is all bad or all good but it's also disingenuous to pretend that the left can't get fanatical or violent when it demonstrably has.
I don't get why people get mad at the news about calling AR-15s assault rifles. Assault rifle is such a notoriously broad term, anyways.
Well, Assault Rifle is generally understood to mean a select-fire rifle chambered in an intermediate cartridge. They're very, very hard to get legally in the US, not least because the price-range is comparable to a new sedan. Much more likely, this guy had a semi-auto rifle that was built to share part-commonality with one family or another of assault rifle. Some parties might refer to them as "assault weapons", but that's a discussion for another thread.
I have never seriously looked at this before, because on the surface it sounds absolutely fuckin' ridiculous. That said, after seeing the evidence... Well, now it sounds even more fuckin' ridiculous. It is honestly frightening to know that there are so many people in the world who are so far gone, so out of touch with reality, that a few emails mentioning pizza parties and hotdogs and some happenstance in logo design is enough to form the basis for a theory about an international child sex ring featuring Satanic ritual sacrifice in the secret dungeon of a popular ping pong pizza parlor.
So anyway, I read the title as "Combat Ping Pong". Disappointing. [t]http://rlv.zcache.com/cool_combat_skull_ping_pong_paddle-r809c136c4d0047df914f1b5a6c794dce_zvdz5_324.jpg?rlvnet=1[/t]
Yo, I think pizzagate is real cause it would be the mainstream media telling you the story is fake when they're the real fakes.
The right must learn how to behave, check the sources they read and learn how to distinguish reality from fiction. What one side does affect the other.
It does get old seeing my right-wing friends sharing stuff with no foundations in reality while at he same time accusing the left of being "out of touch with reality" or having "no clue".
I'm fucking confused, how did this went from a arrest to a fucking, what you call, 'pizzagate'?
This all makes me crave pizza, goddamn I am hungry for some now.
Welp, seeing as this was thoroughly derailed anyone have any updates on the OP?
Welp, seeing as this was thoroughly derailed anyone have any updates on the OP?
His motives were confirmed to be based on pizzagate.
This all makes me crave pizza, goddamn I am hungry for some now.
Yeah, with extra toppings of cheese and special walnut sauce, with some oysters on the side.
Seems they updated the article and are now calling it an "AR-15 assault-style rifle" even though the police spokesperson explicitly stated it was an "assault rifle". So yes there are buzzwords are being thrown around.
Yeah, with extra toppings of cheese and special walnut sauce, with some oysters on the side.
Just as long as there's no hair on it, I hate hair on my pizza!
people say this welch guy is also edward maddison welch the writer who worked on A Tale About Bootlegging in 2005 as production assistant if he is 28 today he was 13 when he worked there this doesnt make sense to me
So the guy decides to "investigate" for himself by bringing in a loaded weapon and (if I've heard this correctly) discharged it. Good going there, Columbo.
