I'm done. I'm done trying anymore to reason with these people. If they want this, they can have it. I'll stay away and watch my country burn and collapse from the sidelines. I hope it does collapse at this point because there needs to be a complete cleaning of the slate at this point.

Well at least it's clear now that Bannon is the one controlling all the strings. How about instead of impeaching Trump for now, we get rid of Bannon?

Bernie would've won, but I'm going to turn it into my fucking mantra right now: Hillary would've been a better president. Hillary would've been a better president and I have no doubt in my mind that it's true. It's amazing how quickly the republicans have turned my minor disillusionment with the dems into burning rage against their party. It'll take a lot to ever get me to vote republican even once in my life after these past few weeks, even if it's the pragmatic choice.

These past few days have shown their true colors. Shallow, greedy, corrupt, and self-serving to the point of appointed one of the world's biggest egos to the highest office in the land. They were all really alright with Bernie save for a few, and basically I'd considered voting something other than Clinton to stick it to her for fucking up his chances. I didn't though, and I'm glad I voted Clinton, as at the very least I don't have to feel responsible for this shitshow.

This could screw up my Fathers church pretty bad, they were founded on being Switzerland tier neutral but with this the deacons could try and push a message in either way in the political sence (One side of the river is Oconee County and is staunch Republican, other side is Clarke County which is very democrat and the church is right in the middle geographically)

One shit choice, while shady, promised a lot of progressive stuff that would leave the status quo the same at worst, or improved at best. The other made a lot of promises about making America great again and is openly dismantling many important laws and safeguards even at this moment. He's also a worse liar, a racist demagogue, recruited a cabinet full of rich people (though Clinton's proposed names weren't much better) and is single-handedly tearing the lawbook to shreds for the sake of big (and small) business. No matter how bad she was, Clinton was better by a mile.
