There's this kid in my class, he's sixteen, and he has like Asperger's or something. He's bitten the deputy head's son and has stabbed a girl with a pen, but has never been excluded or anything. Recently, though, he sprayed someone in the eye with Febreeze or something so he's not allowed back for Sixth Form (not that he'd get in anyway). He really ought to have gone to a special school, but noooooo, those are wrong :rolleye:

And he killed the guitarist likely over band management issues (he was bassist in the band) but no actual motive has been given

That's really a shame. The one kid should just be executed right now, save the taxpayers some money by keeping him out of the penal system later in life. Not only has the other child lost his normal eyesight and possibly even an eye, but most likely is going to go through emotional and mental distress. How could you feel safe after being the victim of an attack as such?

Anyway, I feel sorry for the victim. He didn't deserve to have that happen to him.
this reminds me of a case on judge judy, where a kid supposedly "threw a pencil towards a trash bin" over a seat that a kid was sitting down on at the same time. The kid got stabbed in the ass btw.
