CCTV footage shows the teenager, who went by the street name Riot, walking up to the flat, pulling a gun out of his rucksack and opening fire on the victim before running from the scene.
It doesn't hurt to read the article.
I don't get why someone would do that.
I mean, if he was really desparate for the money, he could get a fucking job stacking shelves in some shitty shop somewhere. He must have been a fucking psycho or something to think "£2000 to kill someone? D'okay! :downs:"
What an idiot, 2,000 Euros is nothing and he probably didn't even have a plan. If you're a hitman make sure your plan is flawless and leave no evidence behind.

and why a fucking sawed off shotgun if all guns. Use a suppressed pistol with supersonic rounds.

He was 15, he wouldn't get hired. And even if he would, his salary would be nowhere near 2k.
And well obviously he's a psycho if he chose to kill someone.

Are you an idiot or just a shut-in?
The world doesn't work like grand theft auto oke
Well yeah it's pretty easy to be a hitman in a country where there's no right to bear arms for citizens
That kid's gonna feel like shit for the rest of his life.
And if he don't, well then he's just really heartless.

and here come the emotional appeals
To be perfectly honost I expected a white person
He's 15. His brain is not fully developed he can make bad decisions without realizing the consequences. Why should he be charged as an adult? I don't understand the purpose of the distinction between adult and minor when as long as you're 13 you can be charged as in adult in most places.
Stupid.
In a way, I feel sorry for the kid, as much as I feel for the family. IIRC, he had a shitty life, and then got drawn into crime. Should he be punished? Absolutely. Should he be rehabilitated, so he can find redemption? Absolutely.
Has this guy ever played blood money, if he has he would know to always take the surveillance tape if your recorded on CCTV.

you know what else is stupid?
getting a slap on the wrist for
murdering someone

This person is obviously deranged, and prison is only going to worsen the problem.
He needs to be rehabilitated.
Executed, not rehabilitated.
;30035513']Executed, not rehabilitated.
How does killing him solve anything?
;30035513']Executed, not rehabilitated.
execution might be a little too far, I personally like the idea of a "two strikes you're [del]out[/del] dead" system
execution might be a little too far, I personally like the idea of a "two strikes you're [del]out[/del] dead" system
That doesn't fix shit either. How about using prison to help people improve and rehabilitate so that they might actually help society?
How does killing him solve anything?
One less killer?

Ok, Ok, lets "rehabilitate" him and see if he kills again when he gets out of prison. If that doesn't work we can try again, ok.
;30035617']One less killer?
On that logic we should kill people who speed, because 'it's one less speeder.' How about we actually try and reform prisoners into people who are productive and healthly members of society?

I don't think he deserves to live a normal life when the woman he murdered is permanently dead. It's just wrong.
I don't think he deserves to live a normal life when the woman he murdered is permanently dead. It's just wrong.
The fact that he would suffer, for the very least, an extremely severe criminal record would prevent him from having a normal life. He's liable to spend the rest of his teenage years, along with a fair portion of his adult life, in prison. How is that a normal life?
I'm not saying I know anything about gangs, I'm saying its common knowledge that a lot of crime you hear to do with young people and gangs is done as tests/for respect.
i never said it wasn't i just think that if he did do this for respect then it's just fucking stupid. Why did you respond to me talking shit?
He must have been a fucking horrible hitman.

Yes you do. When I was 15 I had a developed sense of empathy + morality.

Don't try and act smart, it doesn't work. This man deserves the punishment, this is a very serious crime.
Oh no wait, people deserve second chances come on guys!

Damn.
Stone cold.
Spot the trend of all the victims / perpetrators of all the stabbings and shootings in or around London in the last 10 years? These people get offended by stop and searches imposed towards certain members of the public
The proof is in the statistics. England needs to stop pussyfooting around political correctness and tackle this problem head on. Below is a list of 26 teenagers killed in London in 2007:

The problem is with the black community, it is not a racist comment, it is a fact. Police have to take a biased approach towards their work if they are to prevent future crimes. Sure some innocent people may be inconvenienced in the process but I bet a hell of a lot more crimes will be prevented too. If the black community don't like it then they should start doing something about it, instead of conforming towards the typical 'black man image' they should break the stereotypes and help England fight the problem, not fall into the gangs that cause it.

I hate it when people use the "POLITCAL OCRRECTNESS >:(!!!!!!!!!!!" card. Crime correlates to poverty, not race.
People resort to gangs because they live in poverty.
