This is my opinion, but I think you should stay the fuck away from the free ones. They're shit and don't actually fix anything. I've tried numrous free versions and they've never actually fixed anything. If they even find a virus, they usually never actually delete it. I'd recommend something like Trend Micro PC-cillin. [editline]12th February 2011[/editline] Uhm, I think that's a problem with your computer, not the browser.
Chrome gives my PC BSOD's. It does, and it has been the only thing ever on this install to give me a BSOD. Disagreeing won't change the truth. Even google "Chrome gives BSOD" and you'll find plenty of problems.
Is it just me or does pretty much all Opera users have to point out that they have opera and brag about it every damn time browsers are mentioned? they are clearly at least the most fanboy-ish in the browser world. At the moment I'm using Firefox 4 and I have to say that it's a big step up from FF3.6. Chrome and Firefox are pretty equal now with the exception that Chrome is a bit faster while Firefox has a bigger plug-in support. What really matters in my opinion is what UI you like the most. The speed between FF4 and Chrome is not that big and I like the UI better in FF4.
microsoft you bitches
For fuck sake just upgrade all ready. How does XP benefit you in ANY way?
Chrome gives my PC BSOD's.
These stuff isn't normal... Ask Google for support... But first take a look at the support page for quick tips, which helped me when I had some problems with chrome.
you should use sparkbrowser instead
Opera best browser. It's not adverts. He have good speed and other good things.

Have any of you even bother to check it before saying its bad? It probably is, but still.
Opera best browser. It's not adverts. He have good speed and other good things.
You need to work on your English.
ok.
What anti-virus software is the best to use then?
Avast, Avira and Microsoft Security Essentials are one of the best ones out there.
Uhm, I think that's a problem with your computer, not the browser.
Then why doesn't it happen on Firefox? Oh that's right, Chrome is slow. Keep in mind this is a very old computer that can barely run XP on its own, let alone trying to browse the internet. And yet Firefox hugely out performs Chrome in every aspect and never crashes or freezes up.
if you're looking for better performance use chrome.
Depends how you define performance. If by 'speed', Chrome is slightly faster than Firefox. If by 'functionality', Firefox by far.
I read Microsoft as Minecraft at least 3 times.
that's not even an O that's a multicolored ball-thing
It is not a multicolored ball-thing it is the rainbow orb of power... which means chrome is more powerful than Oprah Winfrey :smug:
I'm using Linux, so I can't install IE9!
Definitely your computer. I've never, ever heard of Firefox outperforming Chrome.
Weird how all 3, running different OS's, 1 being 64-bit all have this same problem. It's almost as if it's Chrome's fault. Oh wait...

I hate how everyone thinks Firefox is better because Firefox has addons. I am using around 10 addons on Chrome right now. Chrome has tons of addons, the hell are you people on about
I hate how everyone thinks Firefox is better because Firefox has addons. I am using around 10 addons on Chrome right now. I'll get IE 9 as soon as they add built in adblocking. I fucking hate Adware.
I hate how everyone thinks Firefox is better because Firefox has addons. I am using around 10 addons on Chrome right now. Chrome has tons of addons, the hell are you people on about
You only have 10? Man Chrome really doesn't have many. I have 26 addons.
These stuff isn't normal... Ask Google for support... But first take a look at the support page for quick tips, which helped me when I had some problems with chrome.
It doesn't matter, it gave me reason to use Opera.
You only have 10? Man Chrome really doesn't have many. I have 26 addons.
Right, so... Chrome doesn't run on the computer because the computer is apparently pre-historic, whereas Firefox does. But not only does Firefox run faster (which alone is not true), but it manages to do it whilst running 26 addons. I call horseshit.
What the retarded fuck I've downloaded IE9, installed it and now it asks me to restart my PC? Since when do you have to restart your computer to get an internet browser working
I hope they fixed CSS3.
From the 41 selectors 41 have passed, 0 are buggy and 0 are unsupported (Passed 574 out of 574 tests)

You only have 10? Man Chrome really doesn't have many. I have 26 addons.
Or I don't install as many addons as I can find. :downs:
I'll get IE 9 as soon as they add built in adblocking. I fucking hate Adware.
why would you expect IE, Chrome, or Firefox to have built in ad-blocking? All of them receive money from ads.
Or I don't install as many addons as I can find. :downs:
hey aren't you that guy who made that shitty newgrounds android app
