I didn't buy MW2 because they made it 60 bucks for pc. Absolute rubbish.

I'm not surprised, these sellers don't even seem legit. A friend told me about it and I had a look around those sites.
The admins even had links to the pirated version in their profile. People apparently didn't get their keys sometimes either. Also I actually paid less for the boxed version, with shipment, than it is on key selling sites.
They are not really cheaper for MW2 either.
Actually there was a post on another forum where a user raged that they even lied to people in a situation. The price was around 34 Dollar, then they raised it, and the admin promised him that it would go down the next day.
When asked the next day in the shoutbox, the admin told him that he never said that, he couldn't prove he said that, and that he will get banned if he says one more thing. He posted screenshots of both conversations.

This is steam not VALVe.
I know VALVe runs steam, but the guys who develop VALVe's games aren't their legal crew or their major shareholders. Steam isn't going to rebel against Activisions requests, because it's Activisions game, not VALVes. VALVe wouldn't pull this shit with L4D TF2 or HL2 because it's their game and they make the call.
