Seems fair enough to me. While he didn't kill anyone, and I'm not saying we should kill him, their violent religion advocates killing people for offenses of dubious impact. They kill people in Afghanistan all the time when they "suspect" an affair has taken place; I don't see why we couldn't potentially meet them with the same kind of justice. Let's see what happens to you if you try to do a similar plot in Afghanistan.
