Sounds like it was probably digital rape, not full blown pants down mayhem. It's still remarkable that he tried this in the middle of the day too (though it's not like you'd expect a 9 year old to be walking alone through DC at midnight). Anyway, the article doesn't offer a whole lot of detail, but it almost sounds like the attacker might have mental issues given the facts available.
