Walked to vote in the rain! I had no idea what I was doing, since that was my first time voting. But I voted NDP.
On my way out I shall vote NDP, the voting station is pretty much right beside my house :v:
I voted this morning. I will do whatever the fuck it need to get the conservator out of the Canada.
NPD (Quebec yay)
I don't live in Canada, but I was just checking the NDP's party platform and they seem pretty boss.
I'd vote for them if I could.
Let's hope that liberal voters decide to vote NDP instead, if only to see Harper lose.
Fuck Harpers shit, I hate that bastard. Go NDP!
Voting NDP for sure.

I called it.
That's not all Harper doesn't like
You want to keep your heathcare?
Then don't vote Conservative
Besides, the tories have no coherent immigration plan they just want massive cuts to our social security instead
That way they can lower taxes by a few tenths of a percent and hope it keeps people happy enough to not realize our country is now the USA

You don't need it. Bring something that proves your name and something that proves your address. (Driver's license and utility bill, etc)

I have never seen a news thread even make it to 2 threads.

I am a Liberal voter that would have voted NDP, but in my riding, there's no chance that NDP area going to win.

If that's the case, Liberal is definitely preferable to Conservative.

You should have voted NDP anyway. Because many other Liberal voters will be switching their vote, and that's because the Liberals will not win this election. That much is clear.
At least, that's my opinion.
I wish I was old enough to vote.

if you tell it won't come true!

It seems that way.
From what I heard of Peggy Nash at an all-candidates meeting we had in my school earlier, the NDP seem to think they can pull millions, if not billions of dollars out of some magical ass or something, and that got them really popular when they said something about $200 million or so towards lowering tuition, but i can't help but wonder how they can afford all these social services without oppressively high taxes or a federal implementation of Ontario's infamous "Rae Days," where NDP premier Bob Rae made provincial employees either take a week's unpaid vacation or work a week unpaid, it was one of those two. I can't imagine any federal employee being happy hearing they won't be paid for a week's work each year. The NDP seem to have all these great ideas for social security, but no finances to back them up. I feel the economy would get even worse if they were elected because they'd mismanage money. I can't vote, unfortunately the election is about 2 weeks to early, but if I could, I'd be left with a decision; vote for the Conservatives, whom I actually feel would do the least worst job as a government, but have a teardrop's hope in hell of winning my riding, or vote strategically for the NDP, in an attempt to get the Liberal MP who doesn't do anything out of power.
I feel like trying to run for the Rhino party next election, because I don't really support anyone else fully, I think they'd all do something stupid and terrible this coming term. I want to bring some comedy to my riding.
vote NDP.
I'd like to see a coalition between the Liberals and NDP (possibly bloc), in order to oust the conservatives. NDP and Liberals combined would have good ideas, whilst hopefully not using as much money as they said they would (for NDP, because it seems like we don't have enough of that to do what they want).
This is the first election I've really followed or been involved in, and as a result not being old enough to vote is painful. Thankfully the NDP are pretty much guaranteed to win in my riding.

NDP have never made it a secret that they want to raise corporate taxes. In fact, I wouldn't put it past them to raise taxes for everyone above the working class.
But that's what good governments do when they need more money for social services.

Right now it appears that way due to all the God-awful tax decisions the Conservatives have made and the spending programs they have in place. Once the NDP/Liberals take minority or Coalition, a lot of these will be reverted or completely axed, and I'm just about positive we'll see our country come back up into the green.
Sadly in my riding, Conservatives have pretty much already won. All we have out here are the elderly and people employed with the Military. Voting Liberal wasn't going to do much, and NDP maybe even less.
Voted NDP anyway for the sake of it.

This is going to be a close one, man. Shit, shit, shit. No matter what happens, though, I hope the conservatives don't make a majority. If I were religious, I'd pray.

None of the opinion polls indicate a conservative majority anymore but it's still hit or miss.

Yeah, I doubt it. Conservative minority is scary enough either way.
Yeah, I doubt it. Conservative minority is scary enough either way.
Yeah, I'd say an NDP-Liberal(-maybe Bloc) coalition is the best way to go.

Well not according to the Project Democracy polls. Fruitless to vote NDP.
Voted.
