The area in which he was found is not known for muggings. The apartment complex where the bin was traced back to is opposite one of the leading private schools in Bristol. Maybe he got lost (understandably in a new town), very drunk and sought shelter in the bin?! I'm sure people have slept in stranger places whilst drunk.
