ABC News Australia has called it for Sanders
I don't believe I was ever directly told people not to vote for Bernie, you are the one who asked me a question so I responded. I have no idea why you are being hostile, if people want to vote for him that is their choice just like it is mine to vote and cheer for trump.
You straight up said you hope he loses and literally every thread that even remotely has anything to do with this election, you come in and spout off how much you love trump. We get it. We know. We fucking know already man.
http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2016/apr/05/wisconsin-primary-results-live-election-2016 Interactive map here
Wow, thought things were close to being wrapped up. Loooong way to go, it seems.
Wow where did you get that number from? According to Census gov, black population is only around 27%.
https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/minority-health/population/afriamer-pop.htm
Milwaukee County is home to 240,203 African Americans, comprising 69.4 percent of Wisconsin's African American population. This group is the largest racial minority group in Wisconsin.
54-45.8 sanders right now It's widening a little bit
https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/minority-health/population/afriamer-pop.htm
72 percent of milwaukee is in, clinton has a 5 point lead there
Still, 69.4% only mean that the black population is concentrated in Milwaukee county, but they are not that significant in numbers compared to the white population.
CNN and MSNBC have called it for Sanders!
you're bound to be pretty disillusioned when the primaries are over... since you seem to like 538 hey, at least there's a chance Trump won't lock up enough delegates
There's a decently strong chance that Trump will win the primary votes and be denied the nomination anyway. The RNC is well within its right to give Cruz the ballot in November. It'd be political suicide for the party to do so, but they can, and they might.

About 8-9 percent lead for sanders with 40 percent in. Madison still hasn't come in yet, he should win by 10+
How important is Wisconsin? Is it a big delegate giver for the GOP & Dems or is there just hype because it's the only state today?
You straight up said you hope he loses and literally every thread that even remotely has anything to do with this election, you come in and spout off how much you love trump. Just like you or I would be allowed to say that we support Sanders or Clinton and hope that Trump loses.
How important is Wisconsin? Is it a big delegate giver for the GOP & Dems or is there just hype because it's the only state today?
86 delegates for Democrats. Pretty significant.
How important is Wisconsin? Is it a big delegate giver for the GOP & Dems or is there just hype because it's the only state today?
It's the only state today and it's got 80ish delegates which is a decent amount. Looking like sanders is gonna take a little more than half
How important is Wisconsin? Is it a big delegate giver for the GOP & Dems or is there just hype because it's the only state today?
86 delegates for Democrats, 42 for Republicans. It's a fairly large state. More like Washington than Florida, NY or California
So this is a big win for Sanders then?
So this is a big win for Sanders then?
Depends. We got to wait until Madison reports in.
Bernie needs to win between 55-70% to come out really strongly here. Lets hope he pulls it off.
looks like he's about to do it
How important is Wisconsin? Is it a big delegate giver for the GOP & Dems or is there just hype because it's the only state today?
86 delegates and it's one of Bernie's last big chances to build momentum before NY
So this is a big win for Sanders then?
if the reports of the youth vote is anything to go by then yes, it should be a 10+ percentage point win
86 delegates and it's one of Bernie's last big chances to build momentum before NY
seems like he's going to rock NY hard since he's taking home WI
ABC News Australia has called it for Sanders
I'm surprised a news network in Australia is covering U.S. politics at this stage
I'm still confused as to whether or not it's honorable for the RNC to sacrifice the election to ensure Trump doesn't win.
The proper thing to do is to heed the popular vote. They don't like Trump, which is why they're heavily considering doing that, but if the primaries put him on the November ballot he should be on that ballot. To not honor the primaries is to commit mass disenfranchisement. It would be the end of the party in general. The voterbase would go elsewhere, form a new one perhaps. Voter turnout in November would also be very heavily effected, likely in the negative direction, as the disenfranchised republicans don't bother voting in the actual election due to feeling like it doesn't count.
seems like he's going to rock NY hard since he's taking home WI
Hopefully, yeah. If he can make it close then that's ok, but if Sanders actually won NY? I'd say there would be a genuine chance for him to take home the nomination.
I'm surprised a news network in Australia is covering U.S. politics at this stage
We normally don't, but this year it's a circus [editline]6th April 2016[/editline]
Hopefully, yeah. And we all know how well that's been going. Sacrificing Trump will cost them the election, but if they want to stay together in the long run, I think it's better that they do.
3-4 counties where Clinton was initially leading are now under Bernie.
So this is a big win for Sanders then?
I'd say he out-performed the polls, but not by much. Enough to meet his targets, at least. It will keep him in the game until NY.
