Which completely baffels me, why have more children if you're having trouble supporting the existing one's or yourself. Whatever, that's not the issue. I have a problem with anyone exploiting these programs meant to aid people that actually need it, it's like parking in the handicapped spot when you're able-bodied. I'll retract my statement about it being an issue with illegal immigrants because that is not the the sole problem, it's just lazy people, but it's too difficult to differentiate between who's working hard to get back to being self reliant and who isn't. I think it is in fact a good thing because it benefits those that need it and there will always be people there to exploit things regardless of any qualities other than them being human like the rest of us.
