The only way you can shoot someone in your home is if they don't back off when you draw a gun, or they already are carrying a weapon. I live in Minnesota, I know this for a fact. Most states have a castle law from the old times, but often today they're overlooked and you're still going to be slapped with a charge.

Differences between GOLFING and SHOOTING. 1. Shooting is actually FUN 2. Shooting doesn't require a membership to a country club, or having to pay 100 bucks for a round. 3. There is no dress code involved for shooting, for golf you need slacks and collared shirts, which aren't very comfortable in hot weather. 4. Golf is generally a retiree sport, where shooting at a gun range is fun for everyone.
