He'll so get his acc hacked >_>
What if it will be F2P? In-app-purchases are inevitable!
I bet Bryan Henderson is having a pretty weird day.
Turn automatic captions on duh
"dicks cunt curiousty god mofu wat"
Seriously I can't believe how ridiculous this is. What if the person who won was working long hours and barely had any time on a weekend as it is. How can they expect that person to properly take on the role if they've got no time?
I think there is more information required before any judgement is made. There was no statement as to how much time he would need, how he would actually physically control everything and what happens if he doesn't do anything. I'm sure there must be something in place to account for that last bit. Oh wait, Molyneux.
I envy molyneux he doesn't just lie he lies, and gets thousands of people to believe him and hype for him this man could be a cult leader
You all called me stupid when I said you would be dissapointed. Peter Moleyneux being a sack of shit? WHO KNEW?
They did get lucky with the winner tho. Imagine some 9 year old being in charge of the whole game
I was thinking it would be an opportunity to work at 22cans, guess this is close enough.
The winner at the very least is gonna profit from all those microtransactions, I'd say thats a prize worth winning on its own.
Worthy to some but the experiment its self is pathetic. It should have accommodated for all the people involved not one random lucky person. I don't even think they remotely gave a clue that only one winner was possible? Someone correct me if they did.
Seriously I can't believe how ridiculous this is. What if the person who won was working long hours and barely had any time on a weekend as it is. How can they expect that person to properly take on the role if they've got no time? If I won I would have told him to just stop right there and do another experiment that he had actually considered more that would truly do something for EVERYONE involved.
I seriously doubt the role is like a job. It sounds like it's just a shitload of power in Godus. If he wants to, he can change the way the game is played. It's not like 22Cans are forcing him to spend all his time managing their game.
What if Bryan had no interest in Godus and that genre in general :v:
You all called me stupid when I said you would be dissapointed
I'm not dissapointed, I was expecting just a motivational video..
I don't even think they remotely gave a clue that only one winner was possible? Someone correct me if they did.
They did, that was the entire point of it.
WINNER POSTED VIDEO http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qhzb9OUWrXU
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/22cans/project-godus fyi
We dont even get an OUYA version, terrible
Look, if someone went up to me and went "look, we're making this game, you get a bit of the money for every sale, and you get to decide how this works, what the rules are, you can be a benevolent or malevolent god in it, how about it?", I'd think that was a pretty awesome prize. It's bullshit if you don't get it though.
That's pretty cool actually.
You all called me stupid when I said you would be dissapointed. Peter Moleyneux being a sack of shit? WHO KNEW?
What are you even talking about? The winner basically controls the next game and also receives profit. The winner also had the choice to not share the video and no one would have known that he was controlling the new game. That's better than I expected of Molyneux.
Where did everyone get this idea that everyone would get something? I'm pretty sure the idea was always that only one player would find the secret at the centre.
All hail our Lord and Savior, Bryan Henderson. May your whatever be fruitful or something. Let us also take a moment to pity anyone who spent real currency on this marketing stunt.

I'm not sure how much he could affect the direction of the game.
molydick should lead scientology he could convert half of the world like this

Guess i'll be keeping an eye out for some guy cosplaying as god walking around Edinburgh.
Where did everyone get this idea that everyone would get something? I'm pretty sure the idea was always that only one player would find the secret at the centre.
I'm genuinely shocked that people willingly went for it knowing this from the start. By that I mean actually spending money on it. Fair enough you're chipping away for free but to the people who put money into this...
I envy molyneux he doesn't just lie he lies, and gets thousands of people to believe him and hype for him this man could be a cult leader
What did he lie about, exactly?
What did he lie about, exactly?
You obviously don't know much about Molyneux :v: Well he didn't lie this time.
I envy molyneux he doesn't just lie he lies, and gets thousands of people to believe him and hype for him this man could be a cult leader
Yeah except for the fact he didn't lie
