We're going to be extremely lucky if we ever know what is in it. As soon as the last block is destroyed there will be a thousand people claiming to have gotten it with either poorly photoshopped "proof" or no proof at all.
i bet the real one will have a succesful reddit post tho
i bet the real one will have a succesful reddit post tho
Thats if he or she shares it, and besides if I got to it I'd share it on FP first then twitter.
All I can think of is this:
I bet it's a free copy of Molyneux's as of yet unannounced autobiography
I dunno, kind of personally hope its a short message saying that the money raised from it is going to charity. May not be that life changing for the person who opens it but it will change the lives of many others.

Is it over? http://curiosity-meter.appspot.com/ isn't showing any data for me..
by the way 22Cans are chatting with people here http://www.twitch.tv/runderscore
the end is here
I'm actually increasingly curious what's on the inside the more I read about this. [sub][sub][sub]haha see what I did there because it's the name of the app and yeah[/sub][/sub][/sub]
Is it over? http://curiosity-meter.appspot.com/ isn't showing any data for me..
Still on 2nd layer, one side is completely gone
One side of the cube is done, the others are all about half way there, give or take.
Still on 2nd layer, one side is completely gone
I think I was the one who got to finish that side off.
After all this tapping the winner better actually get something good.
I'm surprised noone has packet sniffed this and made a program to remove the entire cube in a few seconds
I'm surprised noone has packet sniffed this and made a program to remove the entire cube in a few seconds
the server that syncs it to the other clients would totally shut it down
All I can think of is this:
i honestly thought this was something from Mitchell and Webb, but oh my fucking god it's real :suicide:
the server that syncs it to the other clients would totally shut it down
I'm sure the server could withstand a packet flood from a single connection.
I think I was the one who got to finish that side off.
Not sure, think I might have, I was definitelly one of the last ones diging up the top row
I'm surprised noone has packet sniffed this and made a program to remove the entire cube in a few seconds
Packet sniffing? Did you just randomly choose that term to try and sound technical?
Packet sniffing? Did you just randomly choose that term to try and sound technical?
No Monitor packets sent, figure out how to delete the cubelet of your choice and gg
No Monitor packets sent, figure out how to delete the cubelet of your choice and gg
And you really don't think they would have server side protection for this?
What if it is actually life changing. Imagine if he went all Indiana Jones in secret and traveled out into the sub-Saharan desert and found a cave with all the works from the lost Library of Alexandria or some shit. Once the center of the cube is uncovered it has a picture of Peter Molyneux in his garden planting some flowers and under it is the download link of all that knowledge for everyone to enjoy. Or maybe its Fable with trees that grow in real time!
Not sure, think I might have, I was definitelly one of the last ones diging up the top row
Maybe, I was certainly on that side finishing it off. Seems to be bit of a delay in seeing other people going at the cubes so it's hard to tell.
And you really don't think they would have server side protection for this?
How could you protect against this?
guies i just talked to peter molyneux its postals ass in the center
i honestly thought this was something from Mitchell and Webb, but oh my fucking god it's real :suicide:
Hey man it's a good show. It has very good camerawork.
Maybe, I was certainly on that side finishing it off. Seems to be bit of a delay in seeing other people going at the cubes so it's hard to tell.
Yea, well if you were working on the row and you sudenly saw large chunks of it disapearing that was me with the diamond pickaxe :V
The prize is an unlimited supply of dragon dildos
