Project MKULTRA is NOT a conspiracy theory, it is well known that it took place. There MAY have been conspiracy theories relating to it AT THE TIME, but it self is not a conspiracy theory. It is a terrible example in this argument.

Well known because documents pertaining to it were recovered after a majority of the files were destroyed. Once they were in the public spectrum, the whole thing was exposed. Its a conspiracy that came true, simple as that.
