Oh boy!
Yeah, it just doesn't seem like there is really any effort in it to actually examine the topic or give it a proper exposition. It just seems like they're using it as a gimmick for comedy instead of any real social commentary or analysis. Who knows, maybe they'll change it up before it airs or it won't actually be so bad, but I'm not really holding out hope.
I learned about this show months ago, and according to /co/, which has a small following for it, the show's reception ranges from average to terrible and they only play up the crossdressing part for the first two or so episodes and then they stop paying attention to it. I think the only reason this got significantly popular enough to get on The Hub is because of the large segment of the fanbase that is made up of people who are into crossdressing boys. I haven't watched it for myself though, since I don't like the art direction and those godawful abortions of puns where they just shove "she" in everything.
This is incredibly late. I believe it was in early November and also was a stub skit from a previous set of cartoon network concept in 2011.
This seems like a Johnny test episode over and over again.
Dan vs is basicly a show about a guy thats racist towards everyone except himself, its implied that he caused mass genocide of Canadians, so a show about a cross dressing super thing is probably to balance out the lineup [editline]29th May 2013[/editline] still doesn't stop it from being better than the crap other networks have, CTN is determined to become a live action network even though they've had to cancle every live action show theyve made after one or two seasons I'm not even sure nickalodeon has even made anything original in years, aren't they still keeping afloat off of the bloated corpses of fairly oddparents and spongebob after they need like all their other shows
Imagine if this is the new MLP.
what will we call them? brosexuals?
It's been around for a while now, though it wasn't on any major networks. You can find pretty much every episode online, including the pilot episode aimed at adults, when it was about a garbage man instead. Don't do that though, because it's shitty.

You know what I really dislike? "her" name. It sounds like cheese saw or jigsaw. Strange [sp]I'm ready for dumbs[/sp]
is it swedish?
I found this out a couple months ago, there's already porn of the character. Fuckin' internet. [sub]No I did not look that up on purpose, I found it by accident and learned of the character's existence this way.[/sub]
One of the many experiences you receive when you leave Google's Safe Search feature off.
I'm in it for the 34.
Perhaps this is just an elaborate ruse to anger as many people as possible? Who knows, but it's pretty weird in any case. I'm all for equal rights, but seriously?
this isn't a step in the right direction because this isn't even a trans person
The show follows the adventures of a 12-year-old boy named Guy who uses a magic ring to transform himself into a crime-fighting girl.
This show is literally a guy who who doesn't have gender dysmorphia but temporally becomes a girl and then at the end of the episode changes back or w/e.
sounds like a dumb plot
What could go wrong?
I may be wrong, but isn't Guy reluctant about the whole dressing like a girl thing, that is he doesn't like it. If so, how exactly is it in support of transwhathaveyou?
These guys are way behind:
Yeah, but he was Satan crossed with the Blue Meanie. You weren't really supposed to like him. (Damn near everyone did anyway, but that's besides the point)
The amazing androgynous Tum-blur. Their powers are super speed and white knighting.
the white knights of the round tumbl?
Great, now kids will believe that all transsexuals have superpowers...
One Piece already taught me that. Transexuals in the world of One Piece are tough and prominent figures. On a sidenote, vegans have superpowers too.
How long until they introduce the sidekick; Political Correctness Boy/Girl.
i like how you dont even try youre just like "fuck it, Political Correctness Boy/Girl" "i dont give a fuck, im not here to say jokes. you all know what i mean anyway"
