Honestly it seems like they are being nice and telling them in the nicest way possible that at least they cared enough to respond to sony's tweet, instead of just telling them to shut up and go fuck themselves for the stupid game they made or etc. (I honestly think this game looks pretty cool tho so eh, to each there own)

Most games lose a huge portion of their player base shortly after launch before leveling off, relative to most pokemon go has pretty huge retention. Even if pokemon go lost 90% of its peak players in 2 weeks (it's been nowhere even remotely close to that) before leveling off it would still be one of the most successful mobile games ever, and it remains to be seen if coming updates will end up bringing players back.
