I simply assumed it meant any point prior to the biig operation. I was aware that they could have had all those things already performed, with the exception of breasts (I never considered hormone-induced growth, although I was aware of hormone therapy). I was somewhat trying to make it sound less appealing. Everyone on Facepunch jumps to distinguish between sex and gender, but you fail to allow us heterosexual folk to not be attracted to transgendered individuals who are still of the male sex, touting instead that they are of the female gender!
