Anarchy is inherently communistic (and in a sense, so is communism)

Unless you want to go Anarcho-Capital which is retarded.

Anarchism is moreso about goals set by an individual, voluntarily serving the community, rather than communal goals set for, or enforced on everyone. The fact about anarchism is that the many different branches of the anarchist ideology border different topics. You can be anarcho-communist, Libertarian, anarcho-pacifist, et cetera. It's basically a smorgasbord of different ideas, so it leads many anarchists to not understand any facet of true anarchism. TLDR: Individual anarchists differ from each other on pretty much everything except for the idea of destruction of, or lack of any governmental system. To quote The Oxford Companion to Philosophy: "...there is no single defining position that all anarchists hold, and those considered anarchists at best share a certain family resemblance"
Because they think what they're doing is right when in reality they'll get NOTHING done. Smashing a few buildings won't do anything, if you want change you're fighting for. It must be swift, decisive and costly for the other side to fight back.
hurr durr you gonna call in the AC130 from coowa dooty?

I know this, but any forms of anarchy that aren't really community based will never work on anything bigger than a small town.
I guess i was more or less trying to say any form of anarchy that isn't inherently communistic (red anarchy) is shit.
The only way people are going to get shit done is by causing casualties.
The only way people are going to get shit done is by causing casualties.
DAMN DUDE YOU'RE SO EDGY AND DANGEROUS.
I can't stand watching these videos of the protesters. Guarantee most of these fags are angsty teens who think it would be fun to go break stuff and fight the government cause their high school picks on them. Saw a vid of the protesters and one of the idiots tries to run through police lines and just get kneed in the stomach and clotheslined. Shit was so cash.
They file off from their bus in all black thinking they are some tough ass group. Half of their dumb asses are probably on welfare.
What they do accomplishes nothing other then making people fill with rage and want to kill them.

Agreed. Social anarchism for the win! Seriously, anarcho-capitalism is just unrestrained greed and selfishness.

Anarcho-Capitalism is Ayn Rand territory.

So who administers the social aspect of this form of anarchy?

I like how stone-faced the cops are
So who administers the social aspect of this form of anarchy?

No one.
You do things because it's right, not because you want to. (You'd need people who take honor serious as hell)
...
It doesn't even matter, no forms of anarchy will stably exist for a period of time.
I was there protesting! (peacefully)
Everyone has their own reason for being there are there's nothing wrong with expressing them that way, it's your right to protest
If only Trudeau was still around
For a multitude of reasons I don't think the violence would even have happened had Trudeau been around.

just curious, for what reasons did you protest? How was it?
The summit protesters are incredibly stupid.
HEY GUYS GREAT IDEA LET'S GO AND VANDALIZE THE SHIT OUT OF ALL THE SMALL BUSINESSES AND STUFF THAT WERE FORCIBLY SHUT DOWN FOR THE DURATION OF THE SUMMIT
A lot of you seem to overlook the fact that the rioters didn't make up all of the protesters. I'm sure there were some people there peacefully protesting.
just curious, for what reasons did you protest? How was it?
I wasn't planning on being there -- I worked that day at Eaton Centre and when the riot was outside the mall it went into lockdown quickly (someone set a fire in the washroom the day before) and eventually decided to shut down, so I wandered around for couple hours since the subways were off. I don't like where Harper is taking the country although I don't know that differentiates me much from everyone else there. It was fine, usual mix of sensible people and the sorts of suburban hipster rebels that come dressed up. I walked down to where the cars were burned but it was under control by then. I find it odd that the American Apparel on Yonge was trashed so badly even though they seem to have a something of a social conscience compared to other companies. They threw what I think was liquid feces through the smashed window. :geno:
Shit, my cloning experiments escaped again

It sounds like you were more of a bystander then, I mean what would you protest about?
It sounds like you were more of a bystander then, I mean what would you protest about?
Well, most people have loads of beefs with this government and considering I have found myself voting NDP since I could vote I'm no exception :v:
I protested by being there/not walking straight to Bloor I guess
It sounds like you were more of a bystander then, I mean what would you protest about?
the G20 are the meeting points for world leaders who in turn control the WTO and World bank which controls the majority of the third world through horrible loan agreements.
Not to mention the expansion of free trade between all nations which would allow global monopolies for the companies in the G20 Countries.
And by global monopolies i mean completely destroy any rising business from the third world.
Well I think we can all agree that Anarchists are retarded.
read tolstoy and tell me he's retarded
No, you use the media to your advantage (civil rights movement..)
I'd like to know how you would do that. The media is controlled by the state most times, they send
their pseudo important information and add some bullshit popular stuff to it to keep the consciousness down.
You cant reach many people with the internet, you gotta FORCE the information onto their minds, thats what we have become.
Most of the people just have the "I dont care" attitude, they are not happy with their lives, they work
all day, come home, turn on the TV and let the day pass. They dont WANT to care, they dont WANT
to think about their current situation because they are depressed and exhausted.
If you start a civil movement they will definitely find a way to picture it as bad, negative and useless. They will try to keep their system up with any force they can use.
Keep buying the MSM bullshit

that systematic approach really scares me... police state.
Another thing that pisses me off about this type of protest (teenage cocks
3 knocking shit over) is that most of this stuff is privately owned, with very few ties to the government (apart from insurance and stuff)so they're just hurting business owners that really need the money that they're spending to fix the damage done to the premises and the goods.

The article is clearly written from a pro-protester point of view.

Uh, everyone who receives damage will go to the government to bitch.
Government property getting destroyed is "eh, no biggie" to the government
Private property getting destroyed is "HOLY FUCKING SHIT MAKE THE CALLS STOP" to the government.
When I said cause casualties I mean't the protesters need to kill themselves or other people. Start a revolution more of, but that takes planning and anarchist really don't have that.
