I don't think we should intervene, i do however understand the power of the people and that power is amplified when you kill those near and dear to them.
Good luck to the resistance forces in Libya, but this isn't a battle we should be involved in. It always leads to us "securing the ground" and then helping to institute a "democratic" government which everyone ends up hating as well.
Let them learn for themselves, they can win this. There's more of them than there is of their government.
After I remembered who Gaddafi was I still wonder why we haven't killed him yet.

The fact that it's thanks to those interventions (and I'm not talking about military interventions only) we can drive the car to work everyday and live well doesn't cross their minds though.
