In an absolute, nigh-impossible Worst Case Scenario, the plant goes full Chernobyl and the most we'll need to do is start doing radiation checks on Pacific-caught fish before they get FDA approval. Even Japan needs to chill out a bit. Fukushima Daiichi is not going to kill anybody that isn't actually at the plant. The radiation making it outside the plant is not a significant health hazard. The only people in danger right now are the people working to contain the situation and prevent more problems from developing. That's it.
